Despite Dark-type moves being Special prior to Generation IV, what is the average highest stat of Dark-types?
 
Not sure, as I'm not interested in computing the means. But from the tone of your question I think it's the Attack stat with beasts like Tyranitar, Absol, Weavile, Scrafty, etc.

Which pokemon can have the highest effective attacking stat (physical or special) at the 1st turn of a battle.
 
I don't know of anything that would only effect the first turn, so I'll just say Deoxys Attack Form.

What is the only Pokemon able to learn Horn Drill that is not a Gen I Pokemon or related to a Gen I Pokemon by evolution?

No legendary Pokemon are evolved, nor do they evolve, but the closest thing to that is Manaphy, as it can breed Phione. Guessing Arcanine

The evolved "Legendary Pokemon" is Arcanine (see the Pokedex).

Answer- pretty sure it's Chatot. ninja'd yet again!

Nasty Plot is a gen4 move and not available in "Contests". In "Super Contests" it's a Cute move and gives you double score next turn.

I'll make this one easier. Which pokemon has the most resistances?

Name a Gen1 move whose Base Power was changed at least 3 times in later generations.

Vulpix used to in Gen 4.

How do hidden items affect the grass(not the tall grass) in FireRed and LeafGreen?
 
They create a dash shaped deeper colored spot on the grass.

It doesn't stop paralyzation or poisoning from toxic spikes anymore.

How can a unpoisoned, unburned pokemon at full HP be knocked out without you attacking even once? (It doesn't use selfdestructing moves.)

Well, it can happen if the Pokemon is Shedinja and Stealth Rock/ Spikes/ Hail/ Sandstorm is present.

Easy question cause I'm feeling lazy. Which non legendary pokemon has the highest BST.
