Eevee

is next. Definitely voting it up.

Not confirmed, but its thought to be a technical glitch, which wasn't changed for the sake of continuity. The glitch in itself is weird though, because Eeveelutions have more than one species breeding to produce the same starting form.

Regarding the Eeveelutions, my favourite is Vaporeon, and my least favourite is Umbreon.
