Dusk Lycanroc has Rock Slide, Stone Edge, and Accelerock in its arsenal. The first two are non-contact moves, so they're not boosted by Tough Claws. The last one does make contact, but has only 40 BP.

Either way, we're almost done saving Barbaracle.
