Psychic and Grass Knot are situational, but they have their uses (sometimes). It would need Earth Power and Flamethrower in particular to wreak some havoc with Nasty Plot.

Eh, this design doesn't appeal to my personal tastes but it is nice looking. I did happen to use one in the Sword playthrough and it was decent.
