Some Pokemon have had their HA changed over time. Scolipede used to have Quick Feet, but now it has Speed Boost. Chandelure got Infiltrator instead of Shadow Tag. Purugly's HA has always been Defiant.

I merely meant that the HA changes from glameow to purugly tbh
Glameow had Keen Eye, and when it evolves to Purugly it changes to Defiant.
There are mon lines that have the same HA from start to finish such as Aron/Lairon/Aggron all having Heavy Metal.

It's kinda cute, I don't mind upvoting but an evolution for Chimecho would have been better than a pre-evolution like Togetic was lucky enough to get. Now Togekiss I'll definitely vote up enthusiastically.

It's true, I don't see why they couldn't have made both like they did with Roselia. They gave it not just Budew, but Roserade too. For what Chingling it is though, a baby Pokémon, it's okay with me.

It's evolutionary line is a nice idea of Japanese bells used in religious shrines. I like how Chingling is the suzu bell that Miko use when performing rituals.
