It's unique ability to become any of the other 18 elemental types is ingenious. It's the definition of customizable with a great 120 in each base stat and a 100 base power 100% accurate stab move for whatever type plate Arceus holds . You can't get much more versatile than that. It's just a shame that there are so few opportunities to use this fascinating Pokémon.

It suffers from the curse of being a pain in the **** to get. Indifferent on it since I've never actually used it and didn't have it till kind of recently.
By comparison Type:null is easier to get and has a similar gimmick.

Also was the thread remake because of the slight lag?
It's not that troublesome atm, but I don't mind either way.

I like the mythology of the Sinnoh region and how Arceus is at the center of it as the creator, with Palkia representing space, Dialga being the incarnation of time and Giratina personifying antimatter, ruling over the underworld. It's all very interesting. To think that these metaphysical concepts are in a Pokemon game.

I like Arceus' movie the Jewel of Life. I think it reveals some interesting history of the Pokemon universe and how the relationship between people and Pokémon have changed over time. We see an ancient civilization before the pokeball was invented where the majority of humans did not appear to regard Pokemon as their friends and partners, it was clearly a system of slavery where Pokemon literally wore bridles and shackles. It was I think meaningful to see how that world began to change with the events of the movie.

When I bought a used copy of Pokemon Black on eBay the seller was nice enough to leave some of their Pokemon in the game for me, there was a Zorua, Celebi and the event shiny legendary beasts from the 5th Pokemon movie, also there was a Keldeo and Victini. Before I started a new save file I transferred these precious Pokemon out of the game, and stored them in Pokemon home.

It's a cute and original Pokemon design with the baby vampire fangs, kinda pointy fox/ cat ears, bright expression, big, luminous blue Jewel-like eyes, teeny fingers and feet and fairy wings on the backside.
