Though if we're talking about the trio as a whole my fav is Kyurem.

Reshiram has the same base stat values as Dialga, Palkia, Giratina, and Zekrom, though their distributions differ.

In Pokemon Black, you can catch Reshiram. In Pokemon White, you can catch Zekrom.

I wouldn't mind if they brought back the mega evolutions as permanent split evolutions (since there's no way they'll do a line of 4 consecutive evolutions/stages).
