Like Piloswine learning Ancient Power, it could have been possible for Lickitung that know Rollout to evolve, had the evolutions debuted earlier.

Lickitung was even planned to evolve as early as Gen 2, going by the 1997 Spaceworld Demo leak four years ago. It's prototype evolution looked like it was related to the Slowpoke line.

Sure, it is pretty cute to be made of toxic gas. It's a Pokemon that has a message about the environment. It reminds me of James since it was his Pokemon in the first season of the anime. The shiny for Koffing is also kinda cool. It's a sorta light teal, and the fumes it puffs out are violet. Also this Pokemon evolves into a viable wall. I don't mind upvoting.

It's Galarian variant bears mustache and two long chimneys that take on the shape of businessmen hats.

Comparisons and similarities to Doug Dimmadome, owner of Dimmsdale Dimmadome, from The Fairly Oddparents have not gone unnoticed.
