Let's talk about that. Wormadamned is a defensive pokemon, however...

Grass cloak is bug/grass. 6 weaknesses with 2 4x weaknesses. Does not matter how good those 85/105 phys/sp defenses are with a mediocre HP stat. That's bad.

Sandy cloak is bug/ground. Not a bad typing but its defense and sp. defense values are swapped from grass cloak. 85 sp. defense is quite terrible when 3 out of your 4 weaknesses are primarily special and not physical.

Trash cloak had so much promise being bug/steel. Sucks that its defenses are split at 95/95 each, along with both of its attack stats at 69.

Wormadam-Trash is objectively the worst Bug/Steel type. It's literally trash.

And Wormadam-Sand... When will we get a GOOD fully evolved Bug/Ground type Pokemon?

Now that you mention it, bug/ground is almost non-existent. There's nincada... and that's it. Bug/ground should be an atk. & speed heavy pokemon, not a defensive heavy pokemon.

Game Freak could've made Rellor evolve into a Bug/Ground type. Dunno why they didn't.

If grass cloak Wormadam was pure bug it would have been okay. Maybe part normal would have made it more okay. It's just bug/grass is horrible.

Mothim is a better beautifly in every conceivable way. However, I think it is still bad.

Mothim's HA is tinted lens. Not bad I guess, but that is something Venomoth already had as a secondary ability.

I took a closer look at Mothim this morning and noticed the same creepy face features it had as Burmy, so I'm voting it down. However, I still believe it's cute from afar.

It is a pain to get mothim because of the honey mechanic of gen 4. I feel like all I get are male combees and wurmples.

Mothim's speed isn't good enough to justify its defenses and typing. 94/94 phys/special attack is only great if it can hit first.
