A pure utility pokemon. A ghost type with spikes and an impressive 110 base speed. She can set up spikes and block rapid spin, and after further research Frolass is apparently one of the few, perhaps only, pokemon capable of doing so.

I still cannot believe Rotom is not a legendary. I also find it odd that base Rotom's stats are the only unique ones compared to all the other forms sharing the same stat distribution. I think it is somewhat of a missed opportunity to have each form with different stats, but then again the stats on all forms are well distributed.

Rotom-F has Levitate, despite being a Flying type. Only useful in Inverse battles.

The W in Rotom-W stands for wash, because since its debut all it does is wash. Base 105 sp. atk with 107/107 defenses and electric/water typing make it top tier.
