Heatran has no affiliation with any other legendary. Think about it. Every legendary in pokemon is affiliated with another one, whether in duos, rivalries, trios or more. Heatran really is the loner legendary pokemon.

The problem with Regigigas is that if you rely on a pokemon with skill swap to make use of Regigigas' proper stats you're basically playing with a team of five pokemon. No matter how you spin it that just is not worth it.

With Weezing you don't need to use Skill Swap.
It was given the Neutralizing Gas ability in gen 8 which blocks other Pokemons abilities from working. Both it's forms have this ability.

I'd like to see it return in DLC so I can have some fun with a Slaking that isn't hindered by Truant.
Though there is no Battle Tower like facility to play Double battles in yet.

If Weezing and Slaking return in one generation, Game Freak could either lower Slaking's Attack stat, or it could be banned from Doubles OU.
