Initial D the pokemon. It has a base 200 speed. It's so fast it should be illegal. Then again it is based of the Regis from gen 3. I consider that to be the fastest gen to play in terms of game speed so it is perfect.

Regieleki is so fast that it actually broke trick room. It was patched but for a while it surpassed the speed cap that trick room treated its speed as 1, thus always making it go first. Imagine being so fast you are not bound to the limits of trick room. Regieleki just gives slow mons the Regis stare and goes, "Nah I'd go first."

Imagine if Regieleki had access to hidden power. That would be too powerful. I also find it crazy that Regieleki is so fast that electro ball is worth running as at max damage electro ball's base power is at 150. He's not just running circles around you. He's running back and forth, to and from the 90s. You would think it's déjà vu.

To think that even with base 100 phys. and sp. atk. Regieleki is still ubers because how fast it is. Also its ability helps as transistor power ups STAB moves. So its base 100 atk. stats really only struggle with coverage moves.

Very ugly looking. And apart from this, highly dependent upon setups and support. Van easily walled by certain types which are prevalent.

Lack of Hammer Arm will result in getting walled by physical dragon wall like Steelix, who can hit back with Breaking Swipe. And all fairy will wall it with ease.

Though setting up with Scale Shot can be done, but it can be easily forced out with the switches that can resist.

On a lighter note, Guzzlord is more bulky with 223 HP and defenses of 53/53 !!
