The dead horse has been beaten hasn't it? I checked what else brute Bonnet has. Brute Bonnet doesn't learn seed bomb naturally. In fact a lot of its better moves are all TMs. Also Brute Bonnet is a physical fighter. Why not a special fighter? Would've differed a lot from Meowscarda.
