No, I don't think so. Turtwig comes out by its Pokeball, not jumping.

Well, the starter trios are some of the most interesting and cool pokémon of their generations! I still think the designs of the Johto and Kanto starters are unmatched ^^
As for the new topic... I don't really understand the question, so I'll wait for someone else to reply to it before me ^^'

Blaziken, Ivysaur or Swampert are the ones. By the time I get a Venusaur, I don't need a grass-type on my team any longer in the game.

Either Mudkip or Totodile, which would able me to have a grass type Pokemon on my team.

Um, well it really depends on which game I was playing at the time, but most like Infernape lately since I bred like hundreds of them to look for one with a good nature without much luck. And then I evolved a whole bunch. xD
