Simple: Chikorita hands down! My Avatar says it all. That's what I'd prefer to be.
 
I'd want to be a Squirtle or Charmander. Or maybe Chimchar... yeah, Chimchar. I'd evolve into Monferno.... I liek Monfernoz, they roolz. XP

I think they will use a mouse starter Pokemon.

Yeah, perhaps they will! But... there are a lot of mouse pokémon already. Like Pikachu, Rattata, Sandshrew, Cyndaquil..... Hm.

Perhaps they'll make a water-type walking on four legs. There is no but Suicune, I think. They need one.

What about a serpent dragon thingy,a kangaroo,and a baby dino!
 
Bulbasaur and Chikorita were dino pokémon! Already made :P

Mudkip... yeah I guess it's four legged. But it's evolutions aren't, not really. I mean more like... a sea goat or something equally interesting XP

Hm.... A kangaroo you say? That's got to be the Grass-type. And the snake would be a water. A water snake ^^ No... wait that has been done.... it's evolution would just look like Gyarados and Milotic :/
Fine, the serpent is the Fire-type. And the water type..... hah, there we have it. A water horse! In old scandinavian mythology, we have something called "bäckahästen" which is some kind of large white horse who lures people to the water..... ^^
 
a starter horse seems interesting......

i think the grass should be like a serpent and naturey,the horse is water,and what's left is the kangaroo!so it's fire!

They've used up all ideas... they'll have a real hard time making a decent 5th gen. Please don't give us lousy starters..... they kinda set the level of the rest of the gen. Don't they?
 
I'll join.

I think they'll use something like a rabbit (Water/Fighting), a bird of some sort (Flying/Grass?), and a skeleton head on fire (Fire/Ghost).

Then again, it's some crazy ideas. I don't know how a Water/Fighting Rabbit will look, though.
 
Hahha... I still like the idea of a water/fighting starter looking like a panda/polar bear.

I don't think they'll make a ghost starter. They did make a dark one though... but no.
 
Dark starter? I never recalled there being one... Unless Feraligatr is one...

Yea, maybe fire could be a rabbit while water could be a polar bear... A quail could be the grass-type starter...
