My vote, in this generation, goes to Emolga.

While I do love Emolga's design, I can see why people also dislike it. It can be an annoyance to battle against when you consider how much it loves to paralyze and spam Double Team.

Nah, I dislike it mainly for being another Pikaclone.

I have a few unfavourites from Gen 5 and those Pokémon are

Emolga

Another bloody Pikachu clone and not a good one at that. It had Mediocre stats with only one stat breaking 100, Limited move coverage and strategy options with the static Double Team option being the only one it can pull off

Basiculin

its basically nothing special, it has average stats with none breaking 100, it has a useless gimmick and there's the fact that they can't evolve

Tepig line, the 3 elemental monkeys and their evolution, Sigilyph, Trubbish line.

Palpitoad and Seismitoad, they look like uglier more mutated cousins of the Crazy Frog

Hydreigon. Because we really needed another overpowered Dragon type. I raised a Haxorus and found out that if it goes second, it's dead in two or three hits from a neutral hitting physical attack. So Haxorus gets a pass.
