Isn't Bibor the German name for Beedrill?
Thanks for the team. I have never started with Bulbasaur so this will be fun.

Umbreon, Rampardos, Whiscash, Froslass, Mesprit, Heatran

Incase you dont want legendaries, replace them with: Electivire, Espeon
 
I guess it's time for a little Update.

+I chose Torchic as my starter to use as a HM Slave (Combusken learns Cut, Strength and Rock Smash)

+Caught Seedot (called her Jessy) and trained her (teaching her Bullet Seed in the Process)

+First Gym got wiped by her.

+Proceeded to the next Gym, caught Zubat(Taylor) and Geodude(Bella)

+Trained Taylor until lvl 21, got the second badge

+Caught Electrike(Catherine) And trained her to lvl 21 to match the others.

-Currently training Bella to evolve before the third gym

Thanks, that looks like a fun team. They all seem to be obtainable and I can get a Lillipup early so the team meets all my requirements. Most of those Pokemon I've never used before so it should be exciting.

Ratzo (Claydol) - Lv. 40 - Bashful

- Shadow Ball

Fly???? (Dodrio) - Lv. 39 - Rash
- Pursuit
- Fury Attack
- Tri Attack
- Fly

Cameo (Kecleon) - Lv. 41 - Adamant
- Thunder

- Substitute
- Screech

And I didn't get a Relicanth yet, so I've been using Zigzagoon as a HM slave.

I'll be changing Flygon moveset ASAP: I've been thinking going Dragon Claw/Earthquake/Flamethrower/Crunch as Steel pokemon pose a huge threat against my team. I don't have any idea for Golduck/Dodrio moveset so I'll give it a thought later. Kecleon has Thunder just to defend me against Water-Type pokemon (and Skarmory was messing me up). I guess I'll give Ice Beam for those who can learn so it goes smoothly.

P.S: Sorry taking so long to update, I've been pretty busy during the course of this run.

#450 - Hippowdon
#134 - Vaporeon
#203 - Girafarig
#269 - Dustox
#479 - Rotom

I think this should meet your requirements. I believe you should be able to get a Dustox before the first gym and I think all the HM are covered. Although it looks like some of them might be a bit tricky to get. However I did't play any of generation IV so tell me if any of them are not obtainable.
