The Tales of Series Fan Club

I've played and beaten Tales of Symphonia and am waiting for TOS2 and Tales of Graces.

He's from Legendia.

Thanks a lot for the help too. I actually went to Abyssal Chronicles' image gallery for an image of Walter, and lo and behold, their Legendia folder is completely empty. ._. Poor Legendia.

Ooh!! May I join? :3 I love the Tales Series so much! <3

I got hooked when I rented Tales of Symphonia from Blockbuster a few years ago. I thought it looked cool. And then I fell in love with the game. I played through it multiple times, and then I decided to try Abyss and Legendia. Unfortunately my PS2 is stupid and doesn't like to play games all the way through. They both freeze up all the time, and the discs are in good condition, so. :\ So I played Phantasia and DotW since then~ Although I want to play them all.

O.O sorry for the long intro. xDD

As for how I got into Tales, my brother played Symphonia back when it first came out here in NA. I thought it was so boring, I used to tell him to go play FF or something. xD Then one of my school friends started talking about it maybe three years ago? And I told him I wanted to give it a second chance. He told me he'd lend it to me after he beat it again.
A year after that, I totally forgot about it until one day he brought it to school and handed it to me. xD I remember pointing to Zelos and asking, "Who's she? o_o"

But yeah, that sparked what seems to be becoming a pretty long obsession. -shot-

I got into the Tales series after my best friend was sighted playing Symphonia. I picked it up later, beat it myself, and now play it more than him XD

Yeah, that happened to me too, but with many games, until stopped working, so sold it, and then bought a slim one, problem solved.

Yay, thank you! =D Well I already answered that question, so.. yeah. x3 My favorite one was Symphonia though. =D It just brings back memories, and I really enjoyed it. And my favorite girl from the series is either Sheena or Colette, because Symphonia is awesome. 8D *is thinking about replaying it now*

Same. To be honest, while I was playing Abyss I came to the realization that it seemed that the characters were more developed and the story a bit deeper, but... there's something about Symphonia that will always make it my favorite. Probably just that it's my first... xD Sheena is cool too. Sheelos is one of my favorite pairings in the game. ^^

Just finished remaking Shing, btw.

I think you're the first person I've met who's so into Tales but has never played Symphonia. o_o I really liked it. I was addicted to it for about a month or so, and my brother would ask, "Haven't you beaten that already?" and I would say, "Well, yeah, but there's sidequests and... I DON'T WANT TO BELIEVE THE GAME IS OVER OKAY."

And yeah, GC games are compatible with the Wii. Speaking of, I should to get a Wii one of these days...

Yeah, if you want to play GC games on the Wii, you need a GC controller.

I play ToS on my Wii all the time lol XD
 
XD. That's the same reaction many people have when I say this, but yeah I started with an old one, for me, Stahn it's like da man, Leon the best antihero, and the Swordians are made of win.

That's cool, you were into it early on. Geez, 1998... I was, what, seven years old? xD It really is an awesome series... great storylines, great characters, and I love how there's so much to make fun of, if you know what I mean.

No problem! It might be a while because I've been a little busy lately, but I'll definitely do it. Personally I prefer Sheena, but... Colette's neat too. xD Me and a friend of mine have this thing where I'm Lloyd, she's Colette, and our "son" is Karol from ToV.
