I somehow forgot to post I beat the challenge? xD

Anyway, I beat it, it wasn't that hard in the end, although my pokemon sucked. (excpet for Slashing Scyther) :3

Since I wasn't even added for starting here is the data again:

I'm going to give this a try on Red with Nidoking, Arcanine, and Starmie.

Update:

-Chose Squirtle as my starter and did the start-of-game stuff
-Caught Nidoran M (IMPERATOR) on Route 22
-Cleared Viridian Forest and beat the Pewter Gym with some difficulty (no double kick for Nidoran M in Red, sadly)
-Imperator evolved into Nidorino!
-Cleared Mt. Moon
-Beat Misty
-Beat rival and Nugget Bridge

Update One:
Helped prof oak wake up
Told him everything i do in every game knowing he doesn't really care -.-
Went downstairs got the PokeGear back off of MUM
went in profs lab
Got Cyndaquil named Torch
Trained Torched to level 8 before mr Pokemons house
Got Egg tried to return it but this cocky Redhead got in my way so i smashed his totodile to bits :3 raising Torch's level to 9 yay! After returning to the lab i gave the prof the egg and recieved 5 poke balls for my work
Went up to the route (Can't remember name) and caguht geodude named Balboa
Trained balboa to level seven before resting in voilet city

UPDATE TWO:

Beat FALKNER forgot that pidgey has mud slap on this so i ended up using my newly evolved Quilava who luckily took out pideotto before it could hit a mud slap
after this got the egg off elms assistant and decided to train in the patch of grass to the side of the city, to get geodude to level 17, same as quilava and set off for union cave
After wiping out all of the trainers in the cave i seem to have forgot how good geodudes are. Anyways after arrivng in azeala town i payed kurt a visited who rudely walked off to jump down a well.
As i followed him i faced Team rocket, for the first time, due to geodudes level being higher i decided to let quilava take team rocket down, and he duly delivered :3
After returning to the surface and saving the slowpokes i decided to battle my rival as if i was approaching the forest i used magnitude on gastly first time round and OHKOd it then his crocnaw took my team out so i decided to take on the gym. I swept all trainers with both of my pkmns and used geodude for Bugsy, meaning my current levels are:

Torch the QUILAVA level 22

Balboa the GEODUDE level 21
Bugsy was a breeze but i knew my rival would be a lot harder.. i tried again and used magnitude on the gastly once again a OHKO now the croconaw i struck lucky with this one really after crit tackle from quilava took it down to red health and finished it off with an ember (for embarrasment) his zubt was a breeze as a rock throw took it down in one. In the forest i saved farfecthed to recieve cut. Caught PARAS name SLAVE I taught it cut and flash and proceded through the forest and the following route to arriving in goldenrod city. I forgot to mention that i got geodude to evolve meaning i have one of my runners :D it took longer than expected but i'm happy now i have graveler :3. whitney and her gym was easy i took them down with my new graveler and Quilava on whitneys miltank. Gym Badge number three Yay! After Defeating sudowoodo and the trainers on that following route i arrived in ectruak city, rather than go into burned tower i went west(?) and beat the trainers going down to olivine with Quilava to gain more levels. After successfully reaching olivine my quilava was at level 28 and graveler at 26 however i feel puzzled on whether to get red gyrados or just a normal blue one :P, heck ill figure it out. I went into the lighthouse wiped out the trainers found the sick ampharos realised quilava had grown to level 30 meaning it is closer to becoming my second complete runner yay! anyway i returned to Etcrueak and went east(?) into the cave and arrived at mahongy town.I trained for roughly half an hour in the patch of grass to the North(?) of mahongy to get typholosion whoop second runner is done yay! I returned to Etcruaek and demolished my rival :D now i can access the gym due to meeting the three dogs. Since i had typhlosion at level 36 and the entire ghost gym is part poison i used graveler and magnitude in order to close the gap of levels between my runners. I swept through the gym with ease only mortys gengar that was a problem anyway good news is that gengar is now level 31 whilst typholsion remains at 36. I got surf by beating those eeveeons and set off to catch a pokemon that could learn surf. I caught a Krabby with the good rod so that he could become my hm slave, taught it surf and caught the red gyrados! meaning i have ALL my runners!! After catching red gyrados i went into rockets hideout(?) and helped lance demolish the rocket trainers, meaning the mahongy gym fat dude has gone yay! After entering the gym i wiped out all the trainers with all three of my team and faced pryce with typhlosion another nice easy gym badge earned! :D

I had a couple questions before I start this, I didn't see them answered on your original post...
1. For the Ultimate Challenge, do they have to be the same 3 pokemon for every generation? Or can they be different, since trading is limited?
2. Can we trade pokemon to have them evolve? (Gengar, Electivire, etc.)

You can do one on either. Using emulators are completely ok.
