Team: Franklin the Blastoise Lv 59---- De Vil the Persian Lv 58 and Cerberus the Arcanine Lv 58

reason for names:
Troy- closest sounding name to tri as in tri species challenge
Franklin- the old TV show Franklin the turtle
De Vil- as in quela De vil from 101 dalmations De vil-- spells devil lol
and Cerberus- the greek three headed dog that guards the underworld.

I started the Sinnoh part of my Ultimate Trio-Species Challenge on Platinum. I traded in a recently hatched Weedle into the game. Weedle soon evolved. Kakuna then did the same. I got my Poketch and went to Orgeburgh City where I beat the gym. I then went to Floaroma Town and defeated Team Galactic at the Power Plant. I then helped Cheryl through Eterna Forest and then I reached Eterna City. I then beat the gym and Team Galactic. I am currently in Eterna City.

Moves: Pin Missile, Brick Break, Twineedle, Fury Attack.
 
Started the Sinnoh part of my ultimate run with Gyarados, Gengar, and Machamp.

Named self Cyrus, rival Hal. Chose Piplup, didn't name it.
I caught a Hardy Magikarp named Fangor outside Jubilife City, then avoided the trainers till I got to Oreburgh City and caught a Jolly Machop named Biff on the northern outskirts.

Beat Roark pretty easily with Karate Chop and Low Kick. Here's a screenshot.

Right now I am in Eterna City, about to challenge Gardenia for my second badge.

Fangor is at L17 and knows Splash and Tackle.
Biff is at L23 and knows Karate Chop, Revenge, Rock Tomb, and Seismic Toss.
I also have a Bidoof named Fudd that knows Rock Smash.

Will do a more extensive update and team profile next time.

Wait, why didn't I see this before? I hate training lots of different Pokemon, so this is absolutely perfect for me.

Game: Ultimate (Blue/Silver/Sapphire/Platinum)
Pokemon: Starmie, Machoke/Machamp, Golbat/Crobat

Blue starts when I get home from gingerbread baking.

Edit: Realized that I'd have to hack in too many times with my first team, so we'll try this one. I'll have Golbat for Blue (obviously) but hopefully Crobat for the rest. I'll have a Machoke for the first two, but Machamp for the last two, when I'll be able to trade.

Did the Parcel quest.

More Progress time...

The reason I stopped after Misty was that I freaking hate Lt. Surge's gym. But, I found the second switch on the second trashcan I checked, and the other switch on my first try! Woot! That still left the problem of how to deal with Lt. Surge himself, as the only two battlers I had were both weak to electric. But for some reason, he chose not to attack me with anything other than Growl and Sonicboom. The battle with Raichu went Growl/Bubblebeam/Growl/Bubblebeam/XSpeed/Bubblebeam that killed him.
Beat Lt. Surge. Taught Staryu Thunderbolt
Went through Rock Tunnel.
In Celadon, evolved Staryu, taught it Ice Beam, got a Pokedoll, Submission and Rock Slide, accessed Saffron, taught Starmie Psychic, went to Lavendar, beat Rival, scaled the Tower (Pokedoll on Marowak) and entered Silph Co.
Got Earthquake, Beat Rival, Beat Giovanni and got Master Ball.
Beat Erika and taught Golbat Mega Drain.
Finally went back and caught Machop.
Machop learned Rock Slide! Machop learned Earthquake! Machop learned Submission! Machop learned Body Slam!
Got Fly, Masterballed me a Spearow, taught it Fly.
Took down the Fighting Dojo. Machop is so weak. I'll be so excited when he evolves.
Called it a day.

STATUS: Blue Version/4 Badges/Preparing to go down cycling road.

Alright so as I promised myself, I finally got around to doing this challenge. I won't make a massive update since all I basically did was grind it out with Pikachu until I got my 3rd badge and got a Squirtle.

I wish to do a Swampert/Mightyana/Swellow run of Emerald and after that, I'll do a Starter Lizard run of HG/SS on emulator (as I want to keep my normal file).
 
Machop finally evolved. Then things got a bunch easier.
Machoke swept Koga
Machoke and Starmie destroyed Blaine.
Then I had to face Sabrina. Golbat one hit Kadabra with Wing Attack. Mr. Mime killed Golbat with Confusion or something. Starmie beat Mr. Mime, Machoke barely survived Venomoth, and then Alakazam didn't kill Machoke immediately, and I got a crit with EQ, which almost killed it. Starmie finished up.
And done.
E4:
Starmie basically swept Loreli w/ Thunderbolt
Starmie and Golbat beat Bruno
Starmie swept Agatha w/ Psychic
Starmie w/ Ice Beam
Whole team beat Rival.
