Defeated Elite Four, explored the aftergame routes and did some training, catched some legendaries, did A LOT of training, and then took on E4 and Chapion Adeku successfully.

Finished Pokemon Crystal. I reeeeeally like Crobat now.

Edit: I'm starting Sapphire today. Also, just put me down for Golbat/Crobat, Starmie, and Machoke. I'm going to just emulate all of them to make it easier on me (and faster, since I'll have my nifty speed button... So no Trading. I'm putting my progress in the below spoiler because I'm pretty sure I'm one of the only people still posting, and I don't want to double post or anything.

Spoiler:

named myself A, blah blah got treeko, saved birch, beat may, got balls and shoes.
used a wild modifier to fight a wild machop. it was at level 3. i bagged it and nicknamed it Major.
Eventually caught Zubat in the Granite Cave. Named it Radar. Grinded him to Wing Attack.
Beat Brawly with Zubat, Wattson with Machoke (he evolved right before Wattson), Flannery with mostly Machoke, Norman with Machoke, and then Golbat evolved to Crobat on my way back to Slateport (I go through Dewford so I can pick up Ice Beam on the ship.)
Proceeded to get said Ice Beam, and then Thunderbolt (staryu's going to be pimped out when I get him...)
Beat May, got Fly, taught it to Crobat, beat Winona.
Beat May in Lilycove.

I went to Hearthrome City and beat Fantina and I got an Eevee. I evolved Eevee. I then went to Veilstone City and beat the gym. I then went to Pastoria City and I caught a Tangela and beat the gym. I then went and helped the people at Celestic Town and beat the Canalave City gym. I am currently in Canalave City.

Spear (Beedrill) Lv44.
Moves: Poison Jab, Brick Break, Twineedle, Aerial Ace.

Showers (Vaporeon) Lv42.
Moves: Quick Attack, Surf, Ice Beam, Brine.

Monjara (Tangela) Lv42.
Moves: Stun Spore, Grass Knot, Shock Wave, Giga Drain.

Once again I decided to just go ahead and get the lower generations out of the way so I ended up playing through Yellow, Soul Silver and Emerald on an emulator with the speed up button so I can reach Sinnoh faster. Here's what I 've done in Sinnoh so far:
-Traded over a Pichu, Squirtle, and Rhyhorn egg
-Grinded it out a bit then beat Roark for my first badge
-Squirtle evolved in Eterna Woods
-After like 10 tries, I beat Gardenia for my 2nd badge
-Pichu evolved into Pikachu right before we hit Hearthome City
-Since this is in Pearl, I made my way to Veilstone City and beat Maylene
-Pikachu sweeps Crasher Wakes' Team
-Defeated Fantina for badge number 5
-Wartortle evolves into Blastoise after batttling Barry in Canalave City
-Did some training on Iron Island and defeated the gym leader Byron
-Rhyhorn evoles into Rhydon on the way to Snowpoint City
-Managed to defeat Candice thanks to Pikachu's Iron Tail
-Defeated Cyrus then got to Sunnyshore City and beat Volkner for my final badge
-Now I'm training for the final phase of the game, the elite 4

Finally beat Steven. Having two Pokemon weak to Psychic moves, and the third one a glass cannon is not a good idea for steven's metagross. But thanks to a lucky crit on a Thunderbolt, starmie was able to kill him. Here's some proofs...

Wow UltimateFail, you just failed lol. You're gonna have to hack Ampharos in in the beginning anyway, as Mareep won't evolve without the Nat'l Dex, and if you activate it you can't fight the Elite 4.

Man, I lost to Lucian so many times that I almost gave up on the challenge all together. I hung in there though and managed to beat him and Cynthia(pretty easily) right afterward. With the Elite 4 and champion out of the way, this challenge is over for me now.

So first I grinded through Wayward cave and by the time I got to Hearthome City, my team was all L28. Royal had evolved into Haunter.
Entered Royal in a Smart Normal Contest for kicks...

And totally won! I loled at this.

Beat Fantina with Royal taking out Duskull, and after Mismagius took out Royal and Biff (but not before Rock Tomb lowered his speed), Fangor finished him off with a Bite, then OHKOed Haunter with Bite.

Barry was pretty easy. Biff took out Starvaria and Buizel, then fell to multiple Razor Leafs from Grotle. Fangor finished Grotle and Ponyta with Bite.

Now I am on the way to Soleceon.
