Usually I'm not a big fan of soundtrack music, especially video game music, because I feel it lacks the soul of music composed for one's self or for another person (ie. it's harder to listen to the song and derive your own meaning from it when it's clearly about an event that happens in a video game). For one reason or another I enjoy listening to this, though. This album (Final Fantasy VII Piano Collections) features piano versions of the soundtrack from Final Fantasy VII and it's a great listen. Particularly the song Ahead On Our Way.​
