I stumbled upon it and now I love it. It reminds me of another band, but I just can't think of which one.

I just can't get myself out of the 1980's mindset. That said, I'm listening to:
"Electric Avenue" by Eddy Grant, from 1983.

As a Daft Punk fan, I cannot blame you for liking "One More Time." It's definitely one of the most played songs on my MP3 player. If you like that song, you might like other ones from the Discovery album. For instance, "Digital Love" is a pretty good song.
