EDIT: SKYMIN DOES NOT BELONG HERE!!! Bulbapedia and the new movie kinda proved the fact that SKYMIN is based off a REINDEER!!! so I honestly think Skymin should not be considered a wolf pokemon...what do the rest of u think? it is clearly stated on Bulbapedia:

"Shaymin is based on a hedgehog. Its white body and the grass-like fur on its back makes it somewhat resemble a Chia Pet. Its Sky Forme shares most of its traits with a young terrier, but has a few features of a reindeer."

Yeah, I already knew that. Didn't you see "terrier" in the sentence. It is mostly terrier with reindeer characteristics. If you will take a wolf off the list you need more info to back it up. All the Pokemon here has a few dog features, meaning they are wolves.

I would like, Riolu, Vulpix and Houndour. All with third evolutions.

For me it would be poochyena since PKMN Ruby was my very first game...

Growlithe in Red. I've evolved him into Arcanine later, and I always kept him in my team.

Eh, Growlithe, in Green. Then trained it Arcanine! I still have it, LOL. I am still used to calling him Windie. D:

Vulpix in Blue. Funnily enough I really wanted Growlithe but was sorely disappointed when I found out it wasn't catchable in Blue.

Yeah, I was like that in Red, I was wanting a Vulpix after I caught a Growlithe, then I spent a day doing it until I found out. Then, I was like wut!?
 
Well the first ever "canine" pokemon i caught was... i think it was in Yellow when i caught a Growlith, that was ages ago so maybe it was something else.
