The Young Jedi Knights RP: Jedi Academy

OOC: Awww....Shineyelectrode...your droid character is so cute...being all bodyguardish...

*ahem* sorry...heh...been reading that girly girl thread a little too long...

IC: Yukiko followed the others out of the ship, suprised that Nat had convinced Master Skywalker to lete them come. She almost wished she could remain on the ship. That way, they could have snuck off in search of their parents.

But there were much bigger things at hand, and Yukiko knew this.

They entered the gray building, Yukiko squinting in pain at the harsh sunlight outside, and the bright lights inside. She stuck close to Nat's side, not wishing to be lost.

Nat took Yukiko's hand, and smiled in reassurance. She was glad to have the droid beside her.

They headed into a confrence room and all took a seat. Now they merely waited for the opposing sides to arrive.

Emma-Wan slid into the conference room, right behind them. She thought she needd to tell Master Skywalker why she came her. Quietly, she walked up to him, and lowered her head in shame as she told him the story."Master Skywalker, I know you didn't know that I also borded the ship. You see, I accidently overheard about Nat's dream, and I decided to help them. I haven't talked to them before, but I knew I needed to help them, in some way. Please understand that I didn't mean to leave the academy, but I could hear The Force telling me to follow my heart. Please, forgive me and let me help my classmates!"

With tears in her eyes, she turned to Nat. "Nat, I am sorry for eavesdropping. I couldn't help but overhear. Please, forgive my rudness. I will try to help you at all times. I also wish to tell you that I have always intended to be your friend, but I never got the chance. All of you, you show so much kindness inside, that I knoe you were ment to be my friends! So please, let me join you."

Nat looked the newcomer up and down. She nodded grimly and turned away. She was intently staring at the door, awaiting some kind of movement.

Teyra walked along slowly behind the two, shaking her head as she showed no affection, not even holding hands.
Running her fingers through her hair, she surveying the scene with blank eyes.
As Nat had said, it indeed had the look of a war-torn planet.

OOC: Sorry... RPer's block. '__'

Master Skywalker looked at Emma-Wan sternly.

"Regardless of whether you meant to break the rules or not, you made a concious decision. All of your should expect demerits when you return to the Academy," he said, aiming the first comment to Emma-Wan, and the second to the rest of them.

Yukiko grimaced, and pulled her hood over her head once more. The light was too much. She sat next to Nat, and kept her Force sense alert and ready.

Emma-Wan's mind was leaping in the air! She was so thankful that Nat forgave her, and she was hopefully going to make some friends.

Suddenly, she realized that she didn't have a weapon. She thought about asking Master Skywalker for permission to build a lightsaber, but thought no more of it. Master Skywalker had done enough favors for her that day. She quickly erased the complete thought from her mind, and quietly awaited for the others to arrive.

OOC: Um...it would kind of be diffecult for your character to build a lightsaber when she is supposed to be in the conference room with the rest of our characters. It might be really neat and creative if your character didn't have one. She'd have to be really creative in defending herself should they get attacked.

However, again, if you can make it plausable, I have no problem with it! ^^

Bowing her head at Master Skywalker's words, she silently continued following the rest of the Jedi.

Teyra sighed deeply- she wondered how some people could just show their emotions, without any difficulties.
She fingered her lightsaber, running her fingers over the hilt's vine carvings, then slowly traced her way onto the moon and sun.
The female Jedi shuddered to think of how with that ice blue colored blade she'd have to cut down enimies...

OOC: Excellent idea Skye! That would improve my skills a lot, and would make it much more interesting! I can't wait to see what happens when my character gets attacked!

I edited my other post!

OOC: Awesome, ash_misty4ever. Thank you for being so cooperative. I'm glad to have you in the RP! ^^

Suddenly, both doors swung open. From the left entered a balding man who was slightly on the pudgy side. From the right came a young blond woman who was very thin. Both looked daggars at each other.

Master SKywalker cleared his throat and both took thier seats. This was it.

Yukiko's muscles tensed involuntarily as she saw the two people enter. She looked over at Nat with a look of anxiety and worry, but tried to be strong for her sake.

She noticed that none of the Jedi had their hands on the hilts of their sabers. It was odd...she thought they'd be as tense and ready to defend herself as she was...

Averting her eyes, she looked at her hands quietly, and waited for the process to begin...

"You both know why you've been summoned here," Master Skywalker began. "This war has gone on too long, and no one knows the cause."

Both members turned thier icy stares on him and Nat quickly rose.

"Min-Hai," she said quietly and bowed.

"Min-Hai," both answered stiffly and lowered thier heads.

It's the custom greeting. It is considered quite rude to begin a conversation without it, Nat told Master Skywalker through her mind.

Master SKywalker repeated the greeting and picked up where he left off.

"This is a discussion of peace. We are here to help you agree to terms."

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~``
Nat sighed with relief. She couldn't help but think that if she hadn't been here, things would have gone seriously wrong.
She fiddeled with the ends of the ribbon on her saber as Master Skywalker continued his speech.
Yukiko listened intently to the discussion at hand, and her Force sense began to tingle...and the tingle soon grew into a feeling of great warning.
The other Jedi seemd to feel it as well, though she was only looking at Master Skywalker and his advanced students to her left (to avoid powerplay :)). They rose from the table, and looked at Yukiko and her friends calmly.
"Get back to the ship," Master Skywalker told them, calm, but very, very urgent.
The sound of blasters could be heard in the near distance...
Nat heard the blasters and took out her saber. Pushing past the Jedi, she leapt out of the building. She followed the sounds, her nimble feet carrying her easilly over the difficult terrain. She didn't look back to see if anyone had come after her.
Teyra looked at Nat retreating, then, in a desperate attempt to communicate, thought, Nat, wait! I am coming!. Hoping that somehow, this would reach her, she activated her lightsaber, it's ice-blue blade emerging, and ran after the other Jedi.
Occiasionally ducking blasts, and ducking under things, she was at last near to reaching Nat, when she felt a shot wizz past her, missing her by inches, yet nevertheless, bring sparks of pain searing through her...
Teyra ignoring this, she started deflecting the blasts as she had been instruted to, while trying to speak to Nat.
Yukiko knew that she would be disobeying Master Skywalker by running off after Nat, but she couldn't just sit there or run to the ship when she knew Nat would need her help. She exited the room quickly, and sprinted in the direction of Nat's presence, catching up with Teyra on the way.
She ignited her saber, and with a gasp of horror and realization, began to deflect the lasers from the blasters like she had been trained to do.
"Where's Nat?" she asked worriedly.
My programming said that I was to stay with my principles, and even though they may have split up, I followed in the direction they went. I ignited my own lightsaber, the dark orange beam casting a strange glow in the red atmosphere, as I chased after Yukiko.
Nat continued racing forward. She felt her parents, they were near. She dodged the blasts, but ended up getting hit by one. She fell into the red dust covering the oncer fertile ground. Pain seared through her body.
Nat fought the pain and rose, taking a sharp left. She saw a black building. Inside were her parents, she knew it.
She heard a cry in the back of her mind but ignored it. All that mattered was getting to her mom and dad now.
