My job does require flexibility but we've gotten somebody back from maternity leave recently so I've not had too much overtime on my schedule. Just as well really - my shoulder hasn't improved at all, 8 weeks tomorrow that's been now.

I actually want to work in IT, but at the same time I enjoy my current job as is, despite the low hours :(
