17. I broke my chair last week and that aggravated my back issues and made them worse for a bit. I'm feeling better after resting a fair bit.

Coming up to 4 months since I fucked my shoulder up (pinched nerve). Felt like it was slowly getting better for a couple of months but apparently that's stopped.

Basically every single work shift is painful after an hour or so and that then lasts all day. At lest weekends are pretty much pain free now.
