I don't really budget per se.......I kinda just glance at my account, figure out how much I want in savings, and then try to remember to not spend all the rest before the next pay period.

I love clothes and books and I have the travel bug bad, so once I have the minimum amount for a trip I'm always like YES GOT IT, I'LL MAKE IT WORK.

I could definitely be more responsible.

If I don't have bills and stuff, I'm usually pretty good about saving cash. But ever since I lived on my own, I tend to spend most of my money on groceries. That's usually where I act a little careless with my money, cause I want to buy the best and tastiest foods. 8)

Sometimes I'll splurge on a new game, but I tend to try to work my way around paying for gaming and stuff because I already pay for my own Internet, which is usually required to play those games.

I'm pretty good with budgeting, I mean I spend most of it on crap but I always keep enough to pay any bills and stuff.

Those of you who play TF2 have it summed up for you in one screenshot.
    Spoiler:
In other words... no. I can't budget at all, and I spend it on stupid stuff like in-game items. Fortunately, I'm not expected to live alone for another few years.

I budget, occasionally splurging on something really awesome (Dying Light).

The one time I was careless was when I bought the materials to build a dildo cannon.
Dildo cannon, as in a potato cannon, but fired dildos instead of potatoes. I NEEDED that in my life.

I throw it at anything I think is cute.

    Seriously.

It's why I almost never have any more than $20 at a time.

    I'm both careless and careful.

I'm careful not to go completely broke. Where I go careless about is luxuries that I feel like I really need. I'm seriously a sucker for the best technological gadgets and I have to have my hands on them! This is not to say that I don't do my research first, but if I really need said product, I'll buy it. This is where the "careless" part comes in.

Though if there's nothing really pressing that I need (I really need to go clothes shopping soon, for example) then I'm a serious saver. I'm very frugal with cash period, so it's rare that I'll blow serious cash unless it's for something I really feel like I'll need.
This pretty much sums up how my fiance does it. (He handles all the fiances for the both of us. I don't really make any money, so it's for the best anyway) Sometimes we just get tired and bored of being locked up in this horribly-made room and we... splurge on entertainment. After months of nothing, we spend these chunks of money because we're kind of going insane. It's not really a good habit, and one that I'm trying to curb by letting us indulge in smaller things every now and then. We really need to pay off that huge endless debt. (Think Tales of Xillia 2 if you've played it - that's our debt right now)

Also, a lot of it gets spent on eating out, because neither of us can cook in a kitchen that is constantly full of my annoying parents. That and I'm lazy and get neurotic about cooking, so I cook the same two things and get really tired of those. Once we move out, I think this expense will be decreased.

Of course, he never spends so much that we won't have enough to exist. I think he's very conscientious and careful of this.

Still though. I hate money and I hate credit cards. I wish they made it easier to make it. There is not enough of it here. It's like you can fall into this trap of debt really easily, from what I understand.

I overbudget like crazy, so I end up having a lot of money leftover for things I want/extra expenses.
