Some people would say I have both these things already, but I'll go with the former, if only because I can remedy that with proper hygeine...a temper is a very difficult thing to keep under control sometimes.

I've found Quick Balls more useful generally, but only because I hate dragging out battles to the point where Timer Balls would be useful.

Full Restore, the stat removal on top is nice even if it costs a bit more.
