OK, I found out what I call 'Pudding' usually was actually 'Flan' (the Japanese Pudding was actually Flan…)
I choose Flan then.

Swimming in Ocean; because in swimming pools were are made to swim reluctantly, whereas in Ocean I can just lie on shore with tides hitting me calmly to give nice feel !!

Well, if I really need to choose one, I would choose hot air ballon. At least I don't need to control the balloon by myself and I can close my eyes during the whole journey. If I need to go paragliding, I probably just sit on the grass or in the plane forever…
