I don't know anythingabout brawl so that sounded wierd to me xD

Super Smash Flash 2. It's a Brawl flash game made by a genius named Cleod9. It's a really good 2d Smash Bros. game. It's still in development, but if you like, I can post the link to it. They've got four SSB standard characters and 3 non-standards, and five stages. Oh, and FS's for everyone too.
