Yea Sometimes Wild Happiny Will have Oval Stone as their Held Item . And some of them are having an Egg instead of Oval Stone.

A Lucky Egg, I suppose you mean. But the Lucky Egg could be just something it picked up (it is miming Chansey after all!)

Both Oval Stone And Lucky Egg are Alike. I think the Happiny with Egg is Actually holdng Lucky Egg, but in games its so Rare to get one with Lucky Egg >.<

And anyway, I'm pretty sure one of it's PokeDex entries say it carries around an egg shaped rock, mimicing Chansey.
