I'll answer this generally rather than specifically!
I can take short breaks from writing a post but I prefer to do it in one sitting. Kinda depends on how long it is though and if it's all from one perspective. Recently in PTA for example we ran our first set of classes, so I was playing four different teachers in four different classes, as well as my own character. I was happy to take breaks between writing each section for a class, but tried not to take a break in the middle of writing about one class.
