Produces a few types of toys for real-life pets: chew toys, tug-of-war toys, puzzle feeders, feather toys, and so on. Recalls very little variety shown in Pokemon. Gives you a feather wand and a ball in Sword/Shield. Suits some of the cat and dog Pokemon, perhaps. Cannot imagine such little things appealing to big Pokemon like Onix.

Wondered what kind of toys might be created. Expects a magic set being good for Meowscarada. Envisions some kind of heat-based toy for very hot Pokemon like Magmortar. Changes colors based on the amount of heat you apply (ideally looking kind of like a temperature map you might see on a weather station). Pictures a brightly-colored toy that could burrow into the ground a little ways for all those Ground-types that love digging. (Could be a pain to retrieve, though.)

What toy ideas for Pokemon (general or specific) can you think up?

This is a good topic! For some water types I can imagine some sort of quickly sinking object they'd have to dive down and get, maybe something like an electric pokemon would like some kind of toy that they can power with their lightning abilities! and i'd also imagine some pokemon that are really intelligent (like alakazam or a ghost pokemon thats supposedly a human soul) wouldn't want to play with toys and would rather enjoy a good book or something.

    Some list for toy ideas!
Bug: Maybe one of those toy tunnel things for small ones? Something the Pokémon to go inside to simulate a cocoon?
Dark: As most Dark Pokémon are portrayed as like 'evil', maybe like a dog toy but a small Pokémon or item that it can bite and stuff?
Dragon: Target dummies to use moves on since most dragon types are seen as competitive? Or something to bite.
Electric: Those things at the arcade where you hit it with a hammer and it goes up or down depending how hard the hit was, but instead of a hammer it's the electricity from the Pokémon?
Fairy: Something sparkling like a tiny disco ball as most fairy's are cute and stuff?
    Fighting: a boxing bag to...hit, I guess?
Fire: Can't think of anything, honestly...
Flying: Rotom hoops that the Pokémon can fly through?
Ghost: One of those emotion ring things expect it actually works so the Pokémon can express emotions...?
    Grass: Plant pots?
Ground: Diglett wack-a-mole, or some giant lego like things
    Ice: Multicoloured ice cube things?
Normal: Just like, a feather and a ball and other normal pet toys
Poison: Rubbish to eat or play around with if it's like a Muk or Garbodor
    Psychic: Something to read...idk
Rock: A hard stone to roll around?
Steel: Can't think of anything either
    Water: Bath toys, lol

I think the Tinkaton line wouldn't mind some Corviknight dolls to practice their aim on. =P

Some kind of sprinkler toy for water types? Could just be some kind of water reservoir with a motion activated sprinkler on top of it so they can play around in the sprinkler's 'rain'.

One of those huge sized chess sets for Psychic types. They get double the exercise out of it: using their psychic powers to move the big (and potentially) heavy pieces around, while trying to play the game and outwit their opponent at chess. The chess pieces would be Pokemon themed, of course.

Maybe some scary looking dolls they can possess or otherwise manipulate for Ghost types?

I'm imagining some kind of Pokemon Meccano for Steel types. Starts out with a set of unshaped steel pieces. The Pokemon get to shape them as they want and make whatever they can with it. Could be bent back afterward to reset and use it again or could be kept in whatever shape the pieces ended up as.

I really like this idea, another one for Psychic types could be one of those 3D puzzles scaled up; where they'd also get the double exercise of having to move heavy stuff while solving a really hard puzzle. A flying type toy could be an automated model plane they have to hunt down.

Although I feel like a lot of Pokemon are close enough to humans where they'd be entertained by essentially the same things we are (eg: TV, video games) and wouldn't need specialized toys. I could easily see, like, an Audino being a massive K-drama fan or something lol.
