Dang that's a tough one. Usually I'd be up for an Alakazam, but Gengar is one of my favorite pokémon, definitely my favorite ghost. I'll have to say no, just can't give up Gengar.

No. From my time I delved into playing competitively, protean greninja was silly powerful in the higher tiers. Feraligatr, even with sheer force was middling in the lower tiers. As a Pokemon, I prefer Feraligatr. And I pretty much dropped competitive play for the time being. I'll keep the one I like better which is feraligatr.
