Actually you can ask here but it's generally better to keep it to PM or IM. ^^ Also, random pairing [pairing with a random person who you don't really know] is discouraged and frowned upon but we can't make it against the rules or anything, 99% of our pairs would be unpaired xD

Keep it to MSN/AIM though, if they do say no then you can change the subject instantly. You can't do that with PM's XD

With PMs, you can just not reply xP But with IMs, it's kinda rude to block someone after they say no [if it's a polite refusal] they refuse to pair with you ;P
