Trainer customization expansion wishlist

    Sun & Moon marked the return of trainer customization to the Pokemon games after being skipped in OR/AS, and with the reveal of the new protagonist designs it likely means expansion to the options for trainer customization system will be happening in US/UM as well.

    That said, what types of clothing would you like to see included? What about new hair style and colour options as well?

    It was a bit annoying that Sun & Moon didn't have any dresses available for the female clothing options, despite X & Y having dresses. So I do hope that we get some added, and maybe more skirt and long pant options as well since in S/M, most of the female's bottoms options were shorts.

    Definitely, because it was the worst.

    I didn't mind getting mostly green, blue and purple because I like those colours anyway (I played Moon ofc) but it was definitely a lame excuse by Game Freak to encourage people to waste their FC on dye stands in Festival Plaza just to get different colours.

    Hopefully Game Freak have learned from how badly the colour distribution was handled.
     
    the type of clothing i'd love in these games is completely unnecessary for a region like alola. i'm talking skinny jeans, beanies, hoodies etc. oh, and every colour option unlocked from the start, including for the hairstyles.
     
    You know what? It's an island region. Beaches everywhere. If I want to talk around in swim trunks with my shirt off, I should be able to.
     
    While it might not seem like customization to a lot of people, I would also like for the battle pose styles to be increased. They add a fun extra thing to keep things a bit more interesting and individualized in the countless battles.

    Plus I really want clothing options for villain teams and main characters from prior games. I think it would be a really fun feature
     
    How about some actual variety? I get the need to fit the tropical theme, but for crying out loud, let's see some actual choices! Maybe I want my character to wear proper full length jeans and not ones that come down around her ankles. Jesus.

    Also, I'd love to see some proper coats. Some cameo costumes would probably be too much to hope for (some nice mods on Youtube show how awesome this would be) but at the very least, some more long-sleeved garments would be lovely.

    ...and maybe some swimwear. If trainers can wear them, why can't I?

    Also, hair colour options. I want bubblegum pink hair and I want it now.

    Also, QR code design outfits. This was a thing in Animal Crossing, why can't it be a thing in SM? Let me make my own designs. If you want something done right...

    That's one thing that comes to mind for me as well, I felt like it's odd to limit selection of colors because I was having dilemma while I enjoyed Sun but unable to find blue color variety of the clothing... with exception of those who came by default and some others like Surfing Tank.

    Plus, I want them to have more clothing varieties, please.

    You do have to admit it gets annoying that the bag styles were dependent on gender, but it appears we're likely still going to have the male stuck with backpacks while the female will still keep the shoulder bags knowing what I feel will happen.
