I got my starter, decided on Snivy. Went through the tutorials. Got to flocessy ranch, battled all the trainers. Completed the Herdier quest. Then got back to Aspertia City. Challenged Cheren and won the badge. Lillipup used work up 3 times in a row, and then a tackle, which hurts. But I did it

Aspertia City - The city of Aspertia is a reasonably big town. It's a residential city, sure. But there is still much to do for tourists. Go for some drinks, or visit the trainer school, which also happens to be a gym!

Flocessy Town - An older town in Unova. Flocessy town has 2 main highlights. The clocktower is very big and is always well visited by tourists throughout the year. While you're there, visit Flocessy Ranch, which lies just a while further. You can get nice Mareep Milk there, and learn about the farm life.

Chapter 4 - Team Plasma
Hero was leaving Castelia City, riding his bycicle, when he saw Bianca, one of his neighbours. She looked sad.
"Hi Bianca. What's up?" he asked, stopping near her.
She looked at him, with tears in his eyes.
"Oh, Hero! It's good to see you! Two men just took my Munna!" she said.
"What? How did they look like?" Hero asked.
"They wore strange clothes... And said that my Pokémon should be liberated from me!"
"Team Plasma!"
"Do you know them?"
"Yes. To where had they gone?"
"There."
Bianca pointed to the desert ahead, north from Castelia.
"Ok. We don't have time to lose. Let's go!" Hero said.
"Wait, Hero, it's dangerous!"
"Not that much if we go with him." said a boy's voice.
Both Biacna and Hero turned around to see another neighbor, Cheren.
"Cheren! So you were in Castelia too!" Hero said.
"Good to see you. But tell what's going on. Who are these guys you say are dangerous?" Cheren asked.
Hero and Bianca explained briefly the situation to him.
"What weird guys!" Cheren said. "But there's no problem. We're gonna fight them and bring your Pokémon back, Bianca!"
"Aww...! Thank you guys!" she said.
"All right. Let's go now! They're much ahead!" Cheren said.
Then the three kids left Castelia, entering the desert. The sun was outstandingly strong. Right ahead, there was a crosway. The main way kept going ahead, but an alternative way branched from it to the left. There was a sign at the crossway.
"This sign says the left rad go to some ruins, and the middle goes to Nimbasa City." Hero said.
"OK, now where have they gone?" Cheren asked. "Al right. I'll go to the ruins, and you keep on this way. When one of us find them, we call the other one."
"OK!" Hero said.
"Be cautious!" Bianca said.
Cheren took the left way and Hero and Bianca kept on the main road. After half an hour riding their bikes, the arrived at Nimbasa City. The first thing they saw was a great museum. A sign directed an amusement park in the eastern part of the city.
"Where can they be?" Hero asked.
Another girl riding a bycicle stop by them.
"You look worried. May I help you?" she said. She was blonde and wore modern-looking clothes.
"We are looking for two thieves who came from Castelia." Hero said. "They wore medieval knight costumes."
"Fortunately I saw two guys like the ones your describing. Thye went to the Amusement Park."
"Thanks! You're a life saver! What's your name, by the way?" asked Bianca.
"I'm Elesa. Who are you, and why are you looking for thieves?"
"I'm Hero and this is Bianca. These two guys are part of Team Plasma, an evil organization and they stole my friend's Pokémon."
"Team Plasma? I've heard of them before. They are creating a lot of trouble. I'll accompany you to the Park, I have business with these people."
They rode to the Amusement Park. There were many rides with Pokémon forms.
"I sent a message to Cheren and he's coming." Bianca said.
"Let's take separate ways to look. Hero, you go there! Bianca come here!" said Elesa.
Hero ran to the end of the park. The furthest ride was a ferris wheel. A boy with green, long hair was at the entrance of it.
"Hello. Are you a Pokémon Trainer?" he asked.
"Yes! Did you see two gays wearing like medieval knights?"
"Are you talking about Team Plasma members?"
"Yes! Have you seen them?"
"No, but why don't you ride this ferris wheel? Up there you can see all the Park and look for them."
"Good idea! Excuse me!"
The boy let Hero enter the ferris wheel, then went behind him. The ferris wheel began to rotate slowly. As they got high, Hero looked anxiously at the people below.
"I think humans are too much dependent of Pokémon." the other boy said.
Hero did not answer.
"They nearly can't live without Pokémon. They need them for everything." the boy continued. "People explore Pokémon."
Hero turned to face him.
"Don't tell me you agree with this stupid things Team Plasma says." he said.
"I am Team Plasma." said the boy. "I am the King of Team Plasma."
Hero opened his eyes wide. He suddenly desired to be on the ground.
"So you want to take everybody's Pokémon?" he asked.
"Pokémon are suffering in human's hands." said the boy. "I hope you see it someday."
"No, I don't see it. There may be people who's bad to Pokémon, but for most people, Pokémon are friends. I can't see how stealing them will make them happier."
The cabin where they were finally reached the ground again. Hero rushed to leave it. Then he stopped and looke back at the boy.
"Will you tell me where is my friend Bianca's Munna?" Hero asked.
"We'll give it back to her." the boy answered.
Two men wearing Team Plasma's uniform and an older man wearing a cape waited in front of the Ferris Wheel.
"Lord N!" said the men in uniform, as they kneel with a hand on their chest and their heads lowered.
"Give back the Munna you got." said the boy N.
Bianca, Elesa and Cheren came rushing. One of the "knights" handed over a PokéBall to Bianca. She picked it quickly and opened it. A Munna came out. It cried happily as approached Bianca, who hugged it.
"Oh Munna! I'm so happy to be with you again!" she said, with eyes closed and delightedly.
"So you're Team Plasma." Elesa said.
"Oh, Elesa, what a pleasure to meet you." said the older man. "We admire you for your talent as a trainer."
"Could you explain why you want to take Pokémon from people?"
"We want the best for the Pokémon, that's all. Allow me to introduce myself, my name is Ghetsis. Unfortunately we have to go now. I hope we can meet again, in a more proper situation."
Ghetsis, N and the two men in uniform turned around and left. Elesa had a scowl on her face.
"I'll be very attentive of these guys' activities... Listen, you three are trainers, right? I'm Nimbasa's Gym Leader and I'm accepting challenges now." said Elesa.
"Good! I will be first!" said Hero.
"No, I wanna be first!" said Cheren.
"You guys don't have to fight. I'll accept Bianca's challenge first!" sai Elesa.
"Me? I- I'm not sure if I want to fight!" Bianca said.
"Come on, Bianca!" said Hero.

"Go! Emolga!" said Elesa.
"Go, Pizza!" said Hero.
Elesa and Hero sent out their Pokémon. Bianca and Cheren were looking from beside. They were inside Nimbasa's Gym, a dark place with colorful lamps illuminating it.
"Thundershock!" said Elesa.
Emolga sent a bolt of electricity that hit Pizza, but did not cause anything to him.
"How's it possible?" asked Elesa.
"Pizza's half Ground type, so he's immune to Electric moves!"
"Damn, I should have known! Use Pursuit, Emolga!"
Emolga flew toward Pizza.
"Muddy Water!" said Hero.
Pizza spat a brown water that hit Emolga full and pushed it away.
"Come back Emolga!" said Elesa. "Go, Zebstrika!"
Emolga was called back, and Elesa sent out Zebstrika.
"Quick Attack!" said Elesa.
Zebstrika ran faster than the eyes could see and tackled Pizza, who growled.
"Oh no! Pizza, react!"
"Quick Attack again!" said Elesa once more.
Zebstrika hit Pizza again. Now Hero was becomeing desperate. What could he do? Well, there was a chance...
"Stay where you are, and attack when I say!" Hero said.
Pizza nodded.
"Quick Attack, Zebstrika!" Elesa said.
Zebstrika stamped the ground, preparing to run.
"Wait... Wait... Now!" Hero said.
Zebstrika rushed and disappeared. Pizza produced sound waves. They traveled in the air and suddenly Zebstrika reappeared, pushed away from Pizza's Uproar. Zebstrika fell on the floor. Pizza kept making an uproar, and the sound waves kept hitting Zebstrika. Elesa called it back.
"That's enough. You won, Hero." Elesa was smiling. "Congratulations!"
Hero punched the air and said "yeah!".
Cheren and Bianca ran to cumpliment him.
"You did!" said Bianca, euphoric.
"You did it, my friend!" Cheren said.
Hero was smiling intensely.

So I did the Castelia Sewers team Plasma event, and I accidentily wasted my chance to freely grind. Then I got to the ultimate gym of evil. The Castelia Gym. I was very underleveled, Magnemite being only Lvl 20 when entering the gym. When we came to Burgh, I took out his Swadloon and Dwebble without too much effort with America. HOWEVER, THEN CAME THE KILLER LEAVANNY OF DEATH. It had razor leaf, which despite being resisted, still did a lot of damage to Magnemite. Add up the higher crit chance, and it destroyed me. I lost the first time, and the second time I won with a lot of problems. What I did was paralyze it, but thanks to string shot it was still faster. And it ALMOST NEVER got fully paralyzed, because it's the AI. I managed to make the most out of sonic boom, but it's not very useful anymore. Anyway, I got the insect Badge

Trainer Class: School Counselor
Help. Every human needs it, and you're there to give it. Ever since you were a young kid, you have had a strong need to help other people with their emotional struggles. And finally, you have a chance, here in Alola!

Your Pokemon:

Anger
Crabominable: muscular, hardworking, not a fan of bug types (because it looks like a bug type and yet somehow isn't)
This Pokemon seems to have no control over it's primal anger, and thus its emotions shine in it's moveset. It's restriction is that it must learn at least 3 fighting type moves!

Fear
Trevenant: Mythical Creatures, Grass, Earth Tones, Introvert, Forest (as a phantump)
This pokemon strikes fear into the hearts of any of its opponents. Again, this shines in its moveset. At least 3 of its moves must be either dark or ghost type.

Happiness
Ribombee: More feminine, Lady, Fairy, Good, Introverted
This pokemon seems to wreak of happiness at all times. No restrictions, other than a report of any possible mood changes every other update.

Trainer Missions:

Confidence Issues: You don't want to break the stride of any up-and-coming trainers. You must avoid as many child trainers as possible.

Emotional Control: Whenever you use Crabominable, you must use the one move that isn't fighting type at least once during the battle. Same goes for Trevenant, except replace fighting type with ghost/dark type.

Bonus Missions:

Positivity: Whenever you have a choice of what to say in the game, (ie: Sure! or I guess...) pick the more bright/positive option. (ie: Sure!)

Life, Problems..... EXCITEMENT. Seriously I didn't expect to do anyone today but yeah out of my better judgement and reasons for why I can't sleep because my body is like the inside of the sauna which would be normal but instead someone decided to crack the internal temperature up to 11.... Yeah, I'm going a bit on a tangent. Here but, Incoming HORRIBLE SEGUE into a thanks to everyone for helping out all this time. It brings a tear to me eye. Brriiiiing. It really means a lot to me even though I'm not as as often as my schedule pertains (Due to unforeseen circumstances) That I can't but I do come and update the sight when possible but today I won't be on because I've been planning something for a while and it's Valentine's day. -Did early game things and chose Poppilio as my starter.
-Did more early game things
-And more... (holy moly Sun and Moon early game is so boring if you've already done it haha)
-Struggled to beat Ilmia's Smeargle with Lea***e so I trained Poppilio a little and beat him with the help of an X Sp Atk and X Sp Def.
-Did Route 2 and Graveyard things.
-Poppilio evolved
-Took on the first trial and won easily with my newly evolved Brionne!
-Am now sitting at the entrance to route 3 waiting to go on and catch my Mankey so that the real challenge can begin!

Detective's Journal

Alola's been amazing thus far. Not only do I think I have a lead for a bust I'm working on, but I've made a very special friend in my first Pokemon parter Brionne! He's helped me through so many tough Pokemon battles!
Oh, I forgot to mention that I'm taking on the Alolan trial challenge! It's quite different to the Gym Challenge back home in Kanto, but it's a challenge of so much culture and character! I decided to take on the challenge because I thought the journey would take me to new places and maybe, just maybe find the case that I need to become the detective that i've always dreamed of being!
Brionne and I battled a group of punks the other day at the Hau'oli Marina who call themselves Team Skull. A few days later while challenging Ilmia's challenge, the bandits showed up again, causing some sort of mischief in the trial area. I think these guys might be the lead that i'm looking for. I'm definitely going to pursuit these numskulls and discover whatever it is that they're up to...
Anyway, Brionne's just communicated to me that he no longer wants to be a battling Pokemon. He hates hurting others, which is something that I can respect. So I guess i'm going to have to find another Pokemon Partner to add to Clemo and Brionne's detective squad!
I'm about to head onto Route 3 to make my way back to my mother's house. Who knows, maybe i'll find a suitable partner there!

Explorer's journal entry 5

After crossing route 11,I reached Tapu village from where I headed up to the aether house. As I moved, Hau joined me. When we entered the house, two children started battling us and after that ended ,a to came up and asked for my help. She wanted some photographs of a Pokemon from the haunted old supermarket. I went with her and as I entered the supermarket, I saw things started moving themselves. Somehow I got near a separate room. I entered it and found a pikachu. After watching carefully, I saw that it wasn't a pikachu. It attacked me and while battling with it, I came to know about a new Pokemon ability disguise due to which, the pokemon doesn't takes damage on the first turn. After taking the photo, I returned with the girl,acerola to aether house where we came to know that the team skull numskulls have stolen the little girl's yungoos who battles us before. They asked me to show up alone at the town occupied by them.I entered the town with the help of a police officer and got through all the numskulls to their boss. I defeated the boss and took the yungoos back. As I exited the house they were in, the police officer and acerola showed up. Acerola took the yungoos and had some talk with the officer whom she referred to as uncle nanu. After that they left me and I returned towards tapu village again.

UPDATE #2

Since the last update I basically just caught my Mankey (Doug) and Petilil (Nancy). Did everything to be done on Route 3 and then grinded for a very long time so that I could beat Hala. Nancy took out Mankey and Makuhita with Sleep Powder/ Leech Seed and Doug finished off Crabrawler with a couple of Brick Breaks to the face.

Detective's Journal

In the past week travelling along Route 3 I made two very special friends, Doug the Mankey and Nancy the Petilil. Doug is just as passionate about fighting crime as I am and I consider him an amazing right hand monkey(?) and partner. Nancy takes care of us both and is the most kind hearted Pokemon I've ever encountered.
I haven't seen the kids who call themselves Team Skull around lately. I haven't given up hope though. I'm confident that if I keep travelling the Alola region i'll definitely find more leads!
I almost forgot! I beat the Kahuna of the island, Hala! It was a tough battle, but Doug and Nancy really pulled through for me.

Made my way to Akala island where I travelled through route 4 (where I caught Mudbray (Steve)) and Paniola Town. Versed Hau and Gladion and then journeyed to Brooklet Hill where I easily took down Lana's Trial with the help of Petilil.

I've made yet another friend and partner in a young Mudbray who I call Steve. He's an absolute beast and would do anything to protect the gang. I finally ran into Team Skull again. They were accompanying a young man named Gladion. We battled and I won. They mentioned something of a Boss and how Gladion was just a 'hired thug'. This is an interesting lead and i'll be sure to follow up on it.
Oh and by the way, I beat the first trial on Akala island. The trial leader was a young girl named Lana who specialised in the water type. Nancy really showed up in this trial and i'm proud of my entire team.

Chapter 5 - In Chargestone Cave

After winning against Clay and receiving the Quake Badge, Hero headed to Chargestone Cave, a cave full of electrified rocks. Some floated due to the magnetism, and some were attracted to others when pushed. The cave was full of steel and electric Pokémon. Hero caught a Ferroseed and named it Jelly Roll.
He was in the middle of the cave when he heard a loud noise and felt the ground quake. Looking down from the top a rock bridge he saw a strange scene: Clay surrounded by holes.
"What are you doing?" Hero shout, but Clay did not hear.
He crossed the rock bridge and ran the way down to where the Gym Leader was. An Excadrill came out from one of the holes around Clay, carrying a lot of stones with a slight red color.
"What are you doing here?" Clay asked when he saw Hero, like he should not be there.
"I'm going to Mistralton. This is the way to there." Hero said.
"Right. Then keep going your way."
"Why do you want me out of here quickly?"
"Because you shall not nose around what isn't of your concern."
Hero sighed.
"Alright, I'm going. Just try not to make this place crash down."
He turned around to left, but at this moment another voice sounded:
"Stop right now!"
Hero turned around. At the other end of the cave N was looking at them. A bunch of Team Plasma grunts, wearing that weird costumes, stayed behind him.
"Stop right now! You're disturbing the Pokémon that live here!" N said.
"You are a thin, feeble boy so you can't make me stop what I'm doin'!" Clay answered. "Not you nor your cogs!"
"Don't you see that what you're doing is disturbing the Pokémon's peace?" N argued. "Well, you surely can't seet, you're a dumb peasant!"
Clay's face became red and he looked like he could kill N.
"Everybody! Come out!" he shouted.
Pokémon began to come up from the holes.
"Clay! Stop now!" Hero pleaded.
"You too want to mess up with my businesses?" Clay asked enraged, looking back at him.
"No! I'm telling you to hold your Pokémon!" Hero said quickly. "This fight will be very harmful and unnecessary! Look at all your Pokémon! They would be entering in a war in which nobody would gain nothing!"
After hearing him, Clay breathed hard and looked at his Pokémon. They looked back promptly.
"I'm sorry." Clay said with a crack on his voice. "I don't know what I was thinking. I would make my beloved Pokémon get hurt. It would be awful. I'm sorry."
"Now will you stop excavating this place?" N asked severely.
"I've collected enough of ruby. I don't really need more." Clay continued. "I'm heading back to Driftveil. I wish good luck to you in your journey, Hero."
"See you, Clay!" Hero said.
Clay and his Pokémon began to go away. N walked toward Hero.
"We meet again." he said. "You're very interesting. You seem to understand Pokémon's emotions better than the average. I'll keep an eye on you."
Then N turned around and left.
"These guys wanna take away Pokémon from people. I'll keep you always near me, for prudence." Hero said, touching Pizza's and Jelly Roll's PokéBalls.
