Trolls: Love 'em or hate 'em?

I hate myself, so I'm inclined to say I hate them all.

Seriously though, if I can be bros with a troll and actually have cool conversations with them, then they're cool. On the other hand, if everything they say is provocative or insulting, then that's just sad.
 
Depends on what they're trolling for. If they're trolling someone who deserves it IMO, I love 'em. ;)
 
It depends on how the troll does it, if its subtle and they're in reality, a pretty intelligent person. It turns out hilarious and spices things up.
 
I ran into an Internet troll during my time in BMGf. It was pretty funny reading his posts (like him using "R" instead of "L"). Other than that, I don't like trolls.

What's a troll? Seriously. Are you a troll just because you claim yourself to be one? Are you a troll because you trolled once and might never have again? Or is one merely a troll only when they are in the midst of trolling? What if one cannot recognize what another might consider trolling? Would it also be trolling to say instantly claim others are a troll?
I don't know what a troll is, but I do know some people need to be exposed for the fool they are.
 
It depends on whether they're the intrusive trolls or the passive ones. I don't mind the ones that can be part of the community without being a problem for the staff and are only a small annoyance, but the ones that intentionally flame and are actual problems are the ones I don't much care for.

I also don't like arrogant trolls. The ones that think they're valuable members of the community, but are actually worthless. :o
 
It depends on what's being trolled... On threads that should be deleted or to some users, they can be hillarious, but in serious conversations (There aren't many of these anyway), they are a little... Out of place.
