I think story-wise Reshiram is the dragon that best fits you as the hero, because it represents truth, a reality that you help N to begin to see. As your opponent, I say he is better represented by Zekrom, the incarnation of ideals, because N has the noblest of intentions, to help pokemon, but is tragically fighting in a cause for someone who is corrupt, and just didn't know. So he seems most like the idealist between the two options of truth and ideals.

reshiram pokedex entry:
It sends flames into the air from its tail, burning up everything around it. When Reshiram's tail flares, the heat energy moves the atmosphere and changes the world's weather. This legendary Pokémon can scorch the world with fire.

I like the dragon fire combo because it negates the weakness to two of the most common attacks used against dragons, ice and fairy, since fire is resistant to both. It's stab fire moves also can spell trouble for steel types, which typically resist dragon.
