I'll go with Ceruledge. I think the more spartan and night sky coloration looks the most sleek, and while both have good signature moves I would rather use bitter blade blade because it can attack and heal at the same time.

I don't think I've ever kept Pikachu as a Pikachu except for maybe in Yellow, but I can't recall whether or not I boxed that Pikachu due to not being able to evolve it.
