Is there anything in the games that irks you when it doesn't happen correctly - that is, to your own standard of 'correct'?

For example, whenever another trainer attacks me in Pokémon Crystal, it really irritates me when the two of us aren't standing dead centre of the Pokéball graphic. I can't even explain why. It just does. XD

xDD dont worry that bothers me too

On a particular route, I might want to challenge trainers in a specific order (i.e., defeat all the Youngsters, then the Lasses, then the Hikers). This often involves having to dodge those trainers that I want to save till later. Since some trainers spin around in place or run around, sometimes they catch me off guard and throw off my whole plan. Yeah, that annoys the heck out of me.

Um, why would you want to do that? XD

It always kinda irked me that I couldn't step diagonally. But I don't think about it too much.

But it does bother me here.
    Spoiler:

LOL I remember thinking the same thing.

Me: "oh screw it." *uses a repel*

Fortunately by the time you hit the Sevii Islands you should have enough cash to spare for one repel.

But yeah, as for myself, I would always try to dodge the grass patches. XD Random battles get annoying, especially when wild pokemon give crap for EXP.

    Same here .
It just gets on my NERVES I can't go diagonally , it'd make Pokemon RPG Games (NOT Spin-Offs) a lot easier ...

A minor irk that I have is in Pearl when Team Galactic blows up Lake Valor and there's a bunch of magikarp blocking off an area. The way it's arranged it seems obvious that there's something behind them but there's no way to get past them! Has anyone used AR to get passed them and see what's there? I know it probably nothing but at least I'll be able to sleep at night

How I can't stand in the middle of the Poke Ball mosaic in the Hoenn Pokemon Centers. =P

Hahahah! I was just about to say that. Sometimes I try to center myself for a couple seconds, but then I get frustrated and leave. >:(

In the first generation(s) when you can't actually go into your bed, you can only kick it repeatedly. WHAT THE EFF WHY IS IT EVEN THERE IF YOU CAN'T PRETEND TO BE SLEEPING

    Insert random filler here.
