Johto Grass portion of my UUMC is complete! Tell you what, Kanto was so easy, took me an hour to complete with the emulator functioning at 450%. Here's the team:

This guy is absolutely epic! Soloed Kanto and Red with just him. Ended up switching the battle style to SET and battled with just him.

Taught Cut in place of Slash. Used once to revive Megaman in battle vs Red. Useless.

Quatro II the Exeggcute

Unchanged. Used to revive megaman vs Red (Charizard Crit-Flaemthrowered me 3 times!!!!)

EDIT: Also, on a side note, in the 13 years or so that I've been playing pokemon, I have come across ONE shiny pokemon (other than the Red Gyarados) - a Shuppet in Sapphire. Whilst grinding before the Elite 4, I came across a Shiny Raticate, AND a Shiny Onix! And since it's on an emulator, and only gen II, there they will stay.

• Got Pikachu and delivered Oak's Parcel.
• Bought Pokeballs and caught level 4 Pidgey.
• Deposited Pikachu in PC and grinded with Pidgey until level 12 @ Route 1.
• Caught level 4 Rattata.
• Grinded with Rattata untill level 11 @ Route 1.
• Defeated Gary near Pokemon League.
• Got Rattata to level 12 after killing a wild Mankey.
• Made it through Viridian Forest, Pidgey now level 15.
• Attempted to face Brock. Geodude KO'd Rattata, Pidgey KO'd Geodude, Pidgey got Onyx down to 10 HP then got KO'd.
• Defeated Brock on the third try with Pidgey (Now level 17. Rattata now level 14)
• Pidgey evolved into Pidgeotto.

Well last update was about a week ago, been a bit busy with school.

As i predicted Jagg owned with wing attack agianst the overweight so called 'fighting master' with hercuels providing backup. collected some medicine for that nice girl i met before and was about to head back but thought i would go see the top of the town.

To my surprise suicine was there and wherever suicine is Eusine will surely be close. But he battle dme this time and after losing tells me he will follow suicine until he finds what he wants. I think suicine wants him to stop following him.

While underleveled clamps and hercules took on the jasmine. Magnemites died form birck break and steelix took out hercules and clamps finished it.

Headed to mohagony and some fat dude was blocking the gym. He says that a man in a cape was going to the lake. This interested me so i headed there. At the lake i found a red, yes red, gyarados but it wasnt bug type so i defeated it. After that a caped man, surley the guy form before, asked for my help to take out team rocket. I agreed (what choice do i have). I wont bore you guys with wat happened so lets say i defeated petrel, arianna and destroyed the transmittor. Oh and also spokes evolved and so did Jagg

Fat guy had left the building so i could enbter the gym. It was freezing in there. Once again Hercules and Clamps took on the icy cold old guy.

Prof Elm calls and tells me that goldenrod had benn taken over so i head there. I cant get in the tower so i'll wait till tomorrow to see if i can get in.

Now it's time to continue my Ice UMC on Black.

Name: Slick
Starter: Tepig

• Hacked in Artic the Cubchoo on Rt. 1, since the first Ice-type available is after the 4th gym.
• Started soloing with Artic.
• Cress and Lenora were hard since Cunchoo is a pretty weak form, but I did beat them. Rock Smash helped against Lenora.
• Then Artic started getting overleveled, and Burgh was easy with Icy Wind and Brine.
• Elesa wasn't too hard either with Icy Wind and Dig, and Artic evolved into Beartic right after the battle.
• Upon arrival in Driftveil City, I caught Snow Cone the Vanillite.
• I barely beat Clay - only Krokorok is weak to Ice. Artic survived with 1 HP.
• I am now saved just inside Chargestone Cave.

-Ahah! My starter and true 'bro' throughout the adventure, one things for sure, Walrein can sure take a hit and dish them out just as hard, using a STAB Surf to wash away those who try to harm him, whilst boasting high defenses along with Rest and Body Slam to Paralyze a foe before he rests, not to mention the Leftovers+Ice Body combo! Easily my most used pokemon throughout!Recieved at: Cherrygrove City - Spheal Egg

Abomasnow (M)/Lvl60/Rash @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Snow Warning
Moveset: Ice Shard/Focus Blast/Wood Hammer/Blizzard
-The Key member of my Ice team (And also the explanation/cause for the team being a hail squad.) He initiates any difficult battle for me with a Hail storm, allowing a first attack in most cases due to the scarf, which provides powerful accurate damage. Recieved at: Violet City - Post Gym Battle (Snover Egg)

Froslass (F)/Lvl59/Modest @ Lax Incense
Ability: Snow Cloak
Moveset: Destiny Bond/Thunderbolt/Shadow Ball/Blizzard
-At first, the little Snorunt didnt show much promise whilst travelling to Ecruteak, barely scraping foes with its Powder Snow and average Bite. However once it evolved from the Stone I earnt in the Pokeathelon, wow did my standards change! Froslass and it's ominous wind was more than enough to thwart Morty's Ghastly Group, earning utmost respect from me as a Special Attacker/Annoyer later on. Recieved at: Goldenrod City - Post Gym Battle (Snorunt Egg)

Mamoswine (M)/Lvl 62/Adamant @ Muscle Band
Ability: Snow Cloak
Moveset: Stealth Rock/Rock Slide/Ice Shard/ Earthquake
-Hoo-Boy, isn't this guy a force of nature! My powerhouse of the team, evading harmful attacks on occasion, responding (or in alot cases initiating) with a Quake or Rock Slide, not to mention the damage output of his first strike Ice Shard. He also serves well when setting upStealth Rocks for my foe's! Recieved at: Ice Path (Swinub)

Weavile (M)/Lvl60/Jolly @ Amulet Coin
Ability: Pressure
Moveset: Ice Shard/Screech/Night Slash/Avalanche
-When something in the speed and power department is needed, look no further! Weavile has helped me through current Gym Leader matches and the E4 Rematch once I had caught him at Mt.Silver. Sadly due to rules he lacks Ice Punch, though Avalanche provides a slight power increase, but generally he still packs a punch, outspeeding everything to date! Recieved at: Mt.Silver (Sneasel)

Jynx (F)/Lvl57/Serious @ Wise Glasses
Ability: Forewarn
Moveset: Lovely Kiss/Hail/Psychic/Blizzard
-Ahh, Jynx! A true classic who adds a mix of regions to my team, providing good speed and great Special power, she can restart any hail storms that may get overwritten by opponents, whilst using her risky but invaluable Lovely Kiss to prepare a powerful Psychic or Blizzard. Her only downfall is that she really requires that first Kiss to hit, else be pummeled by high physical attacks. Recieved at: Ice Path

That's my team of Six anyways! But whilst I contemplate what to train them against next, let me bring forth some honourable mentions and more situational members used.

Lost but not Forgotten...

Lapras (F)/Lvl41/Quirky @ Mystic Water
-Ice Beam/Confuse Ray/Surf/Brine
Lapras was used the moment I caught her in union cave at level 25. She provided a powerful alternative water type to my team, whilst Sealeo/Walrein at the time would sponge up the damage for the group. Sadly, she lost uses after Walrein caught up in the Surf damage department, and provided more utility whereas useful TM's were needed on my Froslass. Still, like my entire team, they're all treasured and will be traded over to my SoulSilver main file to preserve!

I know, a shiny, I soft resetted for this beaut' over 2000 times I swear my patience wore thin at about the 50 mark xD Though I managed to prevail and bagged myself a suitable flyer for my team. For those who wonder, like all my HM slaves, Articuno was NOT used for battle purposes.

Well, thats my entire squad, slaves included! I hope you enjoyed reading the post as much as I enjoyed typing, a shame I couldnt start here from day 1, though im likely to throw a new mono-type run soon, likely dark, maybe fire or steel?! Who knows!

Ultimate Monotype Challenge Rock

Beat the game!!!

Spoiler:

Skipped the dessert and went to beat my so called dad.
He was somewhat easy as I resisted everything except that one focus punch that didn't get intercepted by take down (It was a OHKO on Lairon).
Worked my way to the next gym and defeated it before even training (Selfdestruct killed Altaria).
Did the whole Team Magma thing and went to the 7th gym.
Using Metal Claw I won with ease and I went to crush Team Magma.
Did that and had 1 gym left:

This was a living hell with all those water pokemons.
I did manage to defeat Wallace by pure power and some revives (Again Selfdestruct was a help against Milotic).

Got to Victory Road and grinded Graveler to lvl 59 and Aggron to lvl 54.
Plowed my way through everything in Victory Road even Wally was easy as Rock Throw was a 2HKO on Altaria and the rest was OHKO'ed by Earthquake.
The last thing up was the Elite Four and the champion:

After using some Rare Candies both of my pokemons where lvl 63 and ready to start.
Aggron showed it's powers and crushed the first two trainers without any problems.
Then the Ice trainer where I had to use Explosion and Revives to win.
The Dragon trainer was surprisingly easy with pure power from Double Edge and Metal Claw.
And the Champion was a pushover compared to Wallace.

-Deafeated the red Gyrdos and deefated team rocket
-Defeated Pynce (This was somewhat hard)
-Defeated team rocket and my rival, bra evovled
-Went though the ice path and got HM07
-Defeaate Clair (Dragonair=ice punch, ingdra was had...)

-Froze Eria, got the machine piece, got the super rod, and caught bulma the Chinchou

-Got to cribean Island and met bule and defeated blaine at the seafoam islands
-Defeated blue
-defeated Sarbina and Jasmine
-Defeated Red! (Used Pikachu as a set up fodder and swept with Chichi)

Progress:

• Got to the S.S Anne and recieved cut from the sick captain.
• Exited S.S Anne and went to go catch an HM slave.
• I caught a Rattata and a Drowzee thinking they could be HM slaves; neither could learn cut.
• I went to go pick up Charmander from the trainer near Nugget Bridge.
• Taught Charmander cut and made him an HM slave.
• Challenged Lt. Surge- Da hell? Just a Raichu? That I one shot with a hyper fang from Raticate? .___.
• Got to Route 9 and saved. Too tired to continue on today.
