Ultimate Monotype Challenge Thread

I beat Team Rocket at the Radio Tower and then went through Ice Path. I arrived in blackthorn City where I beat the gym and qualified for the Pokemon League. I then caught a Gligar and went through Tohjo Falls and then travelled to Victory Road where I passed through and beat the rival. I then trained my Pokemon and challenged the Pokemon League. Jumpluff was a huge help using its Sleep Powder/Leech Seed combo. I beat the Pokemon League and am currently about to go on the SS. Aqua.

After some frustrating training, Ledyba is now level 10 and Weedle reached level 7 and evolved into Kakuna.

Pokémon:

Ledyba, female (lv. 10); Kakuna, female (lv. 7).

- Amber follow the road north of Cherrygrove battling trainers on her way, which caused Kakuna to reach level 10 and evolve into Beedrill.
- Arriving at Violet City, she climbed the Sprout Tower, finding Risi and the elder at the top floor. After Risi leaves, Elder Li tests the party ability with a battle, which Amber won, but lets Ledyba knocked out.
- After recovering at the pokémon center, Amber enters the Gym, battling the trainers and reaching Falkner, the Gym Leader.

- Amber leaves the Gym and receives a phone call from Prof. Elm, who says she should see his assistent at the Poké Mart.
- At the Poké Mart, the assistent gives the egg back to Amber, and now it is part of her team. Upon leaving, she encounters a mysterious girl dressed in a kimono, which is surprised seeing that the egg was handled down to Amber, and asks her to take good care of it.

-Beat Winona suprisingly easily, Chick-FilA is a bowss.
-Caught a Tropius for a new slaves, they make the best ones.
-Made my way to Lilycove
-Assailed Mt. Pyre. Caught a Meditite (Wall-E)
-Back to Lilycove, cleared out the Magma Hideout
-Flew to Slateport to witness a sub-jacking
-Surfed out of Lilycove to Mossdeep
-Was suprised at the fact that I beat the Psychic twins without any grinding, thanks to Yoko's powerful Sky Uppercut
-Got Dive and whatnot, then sailed the ocean blue underwater til I found the cave
-Woke up Groundon, showed Maxxi the evils of his ways
-Surfed to Sootopolis to end the crisis
-Groundon was such a b!+ch to kill, didn't feel like catching him
-Beat up Wallace, thanks to Yoko's grass skillz
-Surfed to Evergrande...onto Victory Road

I then went to the Power Plant where I was notified of a robbery. I then caught the criminal at Cerulean City and returned the part to the plant. I then went back and beat Misty. I then travelled to Celadon City where I beat Erika. I went to Lavender Town where I got the Kanto Radio Card. I then removed Snorlax in front of Diglett's Cave and went to Pewter City and beat Brock. After that it travelled down to Pallet Town and then to Cinnabar Island. I then went east to Seafoam Islands and beat Blaine.

Magnus zap'd Pidgeot, Craw Wing Attack'd Exeggutor, I used revives and protect to wait out Arcanine's Flamethrowers, Shock'd Gyarados and Alakazam, Craw Steel wing'd half of Rhydon's health away before fainting, then Foret exploded. Victory is mine!

Solid threw rocks at Pikachu, Magnus t'waved Espeon before switching out for Craw who slashed it and wing attack'd venusaur, I used revives/protect to make charizard waste its flamethrowers before hitting it with rocks. Magnus Zap'd Blastoise. T'waved Snorlax then Craw slash'd it.

I travelled north and arrived in Fuchsia City where I beat the gym. I then flew to Viridian City where I beat Blue and got my final badge. I then trained my Pokemon and then went up to Mt. Silver. I then beat Red. Jumpluff was the biggest help. I have now finished the 2nd part (Gold) of my 4 part Ultimate Monotype Run. I will soon begin the 3rd on Ruby.
