I can now knock out two of Wattson's Pokemon.

Nincada was going to be just a cut slave, but I guess I'll go ahead and use Ninjask for the challenge.
 
Okay, in my Fighting Challenge in Crystal I'm in the Underground in Goldenrod, with 7 badges in my hand.

Hey, bored so decided to start an ultimate monotype challenge. I will be using normal type starting with blue version

-Started game
-Named myself Red and rival Blue
-Got potion from PC
-Chose Bulbasaur as my starter for a cut slave. Named it Slave
-Actually lost to Blue's Squirtle which is the first time I've lost to my rival for a while (could have beat him but didn't want to waste my potion)
-Got parcel and returned it in exchange for Pokedex (Got potion from Pokemart guy)
-Headed to Viridian City, got 10 poke balls and headed to route 1 to catch my first team member
-Caught a level 2 Ratatta. Named it Donald
-Headed to Viridian Forest to train Donald. Got hidden potion from cut tree on the way
-Grinded Donald to level 11. Learned Quick Attack
-Went back and beat rival using Tail Whip+Quick Attack
-Headed through Viridian Forest. Donald grew to level 14 and learned Hyper Fang
-Trained Donald to level 15 and challenged Brock
-My strategy was Tail Whip 3 or 4 times then spam Hyper Fang. Luckily Geodude didn't Defence Curl and went down reasonably easy. Onix was a little harder and I had to use a potion but it too went down
-Got Boulder Badge

Bulbasaur (Cut Slave)

-Headed to Mt Moon battling all the trainers. Donald grew to level 20 and evolved
-Caught a Spearow to trade for Farfetch'd later on to be used as a slave
-Headed through Mt Moon. Got TM Water Gun near the entrance. Taught it to Donald over Tackle to help with Geodudes. Donald was at level 24 at the end.
-Reached Cerulean City and challenged Misty
-Misty was much easier than Brock. One Tail Whip and Hyper Fang took both her Pokemon down
-Got Cascade Badge and TM Bubblebeam

-Headed north and beat Rival and Nugget Bridge
-Headed to Bills House beating all the trainers along the way. Donald was level 29
-Got S.S Anne Ticket
-Kicked Rocket out of house. Got TM 26 Dig. Taught it to Donald over Quick Attack to help with next gym
-Headed south to Vermillion City. Caught a level 10 Meowth for my next team member. Named him In_Boots
-Taught In_Boots Bubblebeam with the TM I Got from beating Misty
-Grinded Meowth to level 17 when he learned Pay Day before heading into the underground path and onto Vermillion City
-Battled all the trainers gaining experience for In_Boots who grew to level 20
-In Vermillion City got Bike Voucher and Old Rod and traded Spearow for Fartfetch'd
-Completed S.S Anne beating all the trainers on board with In_Boots who evolved at level 28. Bested rival and got HM01 Cut
-Challenged Lt. Surge
-Went down easy thanks to Donald with Dig
-Got Thunder Badge and TM Thunderbolt
-Taught Thunderbolt to In_Boots straight away over Screech

Farfetch'd (Cut/Fly Slave)

-Caught 3 random wild pokemon to get my pokedex up to 10 so I could get HM05 Flash
-Went through Diglett Cave and got Flash and all the items
-Taught flash to slave Drowzee
-Headed back and made my way to Rock Tunnel battling all the trainers
-Made my way through Rock Tunnel. Wasn't difficult with both my pokemon having water attacks
-Arrived in Lavender Town. Both my pokemon were level 35
-Made my way west to Celedon avoiding trainers as I wanted to save the experience.
-Got Coin Case
-Got TM's from rooftop of Market
-Sold every item I didn't need and I just had enough pokedollars to buy Porygon
-Got Porygon. Named him Microsoft
-Taught Microsoft TM Thunder Wave
-Grinded Mircosoft up to level 23 when he learned Psybeam
-Used Microsoft to beat all the trainers on the previous route I missed. Microsoft grew to level 26
-Challenged Erika
-Easy with Mircosoft and Psybeam
-Got Rainbow Badge and TM Giga Drain

Well, I started Silver.

  • Chose Cyndaquil
  • Collected Egg
  • Beat Silver
  • Showed Elm the Mystery Egg and got 5 PokeBalls
  • Caught a Sentret
  • Grinded Sentret to level 10 and then released Cyndaquil
  • Caught a Bellsprout to use as a Cut/Flash slave
  • Beat the Sprout Tower and acquired Flash
  • Beat Falkner and evolved Sentret
  • Picked up the Mystery Egg from the aide
  • Spent half an hour looking for a Dunsparce
  • Togepi hatched while I was looking
  • Finally caught a Dunsparce

Still slowly working my way to being able to beat Wattson. I am now officially out of money, and therefore I will need to win at some point or else run out of Sodapop and other healing items completely.
 
Haven't updated in a while, but here we go.
-Somehow the game glitched and my Clefairy got deleted.
-Made my way down to Vermillion.
-Swept the ship.
-Made my way through Diglett's cave, and headed to Mt. Moon, beating Trainers that I skipped on the way.
-Caught a Clefairy.
-Went back to Route 2, traded Clefairy for Mr. Mime.
-Went back to Mt. Moon and finished off the trainer's that I skipped.
-Beat Lt. Surge and the trainers East of Digglett's cave.
-Teleported back to Curelean.
-Fought my way through Rock Tunnel, and on the way Mr. Mime reached level 31 and stopped obeying me.
-Started heading for Celadon.

It took me 3 f***ing days to find a fossil!
And i got a shieldon. I wanted a cranidos...
I AM NOT TRYING AGAIN!
And then... Gardenia ... I feel i have a chance, but i need to outspeed Roserade with Graveler or i stand no chance. So ive been training.

- Started on Emerald. Fun fact, this is my first time going through any Gen 3 game.
- Did beginning stuff, got the grass starter.
- Caught about 4 Wurmple and trained them until I got the evolution that evolves into Dustox.
- Went through the forest.
- Bought a ton of potions and beat the first gym with Dustox.
- Got Cut.
- Made it to the island with the 2nd gym on it.
- Got the Old Rod, caught a Tentacool.
- Went into the cave, got Flash, caught a Zubat.
- Made it through the cave. Taught Zubat Steel Wing.
- Got the 2nd badge.
- Made it to the next island.
- Delivered the package, did the museum thing.

Okie, im doing the fire challenge. So i started Fire red up and named myself Liz. I also named my rival gary.

I then picked a charmander and named it Beast. I lost against my rival and then i left to go to Viridian city. On the way there i battled a couple of pidgey and rattata, so i got charmander up to level 6. Then i went and got oak's paracel and took it to him.

Got my pokedex and then started heading towards Viridian Forest. By the time i got to Viridain forest my chamander was a level 7. I then quickly went through Viridian forest, where my charmander got all the way up to level 13.

I then headed straight for The gym in Pewter city. I beat the trainer in the gym before battling brock. I beat his Geodude in 2 hits and then i hit onix once while it used wrap. I then started using ember, after the 3rd time using ember his onix finaly got his Onix to use Rock tomb, which killed my charmander in one hit.

and since i didnt go into the pokemon center i got sent to the pokemon center in viridian city. By the time i got back to Pewter city My charmander was a level 14 and needs only a little more to be a level 15. I went into the pokemon center before going into the Gym leader and challengeing brock.

Again, I took out geodude in 2 hits. Which got my charmander to level 15. He then sent out onix. Unlike last time, i just used metal claw until onix fainted. Which then got my charmander up to level 16, where he then evovled into Charmeleon!. and thats about all i have done atm.

Although I havent been here for AGES, I thought I'd let everyone know that Johto got decimated by Poliwrath alone. Im about half way through Hoenn, with 5 badges, on the way to get the last member of my team (Heracross) before I take on Winona.

- Beat the rival on the path thingy
- Got to the next town, beat every trainer in the area to level up my pokemon, the gym leader was quite tough what with his Magneton and all.
- Schmaving evolved into Golbat.
- Beat the 3rd gym.
- Caught a Grimer, taught it Shock Wave.
- Did all of that team magma/aqua stuff.
- Schmaving evolved into Crobat.
- Beat the 4th gym leader.
