I took a different path and when into veterinary nursing, but I've taken my fair share of biochemistry classes and studied on a cellular and molecular level as well. I'm planing on going back to school to study zoology in the future. I'm somewhat on the other end of the scale, my interests lying in animal behavior and interspecific relationships. One of my favorite things about biology is that it can be studied on so many levels. What direction are you hoping to take your career?

Oh lovely! Although it's surprising where you ended up given all the biochemistry and whatnot... I could never really imagine myself studying animal behaviour and that. Or animals on the whole, honestly! I'd quite like to end up in some kind of research science, probably in the cause/treatment of diseases or whatever, but right now I'm primarily focussing on just getting experience where and when I can and getting good enough grades to continue. If I wanna end up in research it's apparently likely that I'd need a Ph.D, so... it's a tall order haha. I'll see where my degree takes me. I'm not talking anything like curing cancer or whatever, but if I can contribute to chipping away at such a thing (maybe or maybe not that one specifically), then I'll be happy with that. 8)

I think it was originally Dr.Fuji who came up with it. His mind works in a weird way. And I guess I'm alright with it, but there are many other names I could be called, haha.

A while back - towards the start of this thread, actually - I'd have said Guinness. But I've since started drinking ale and it's a good competitor really. That said it's so hit-and-miss. I still don't know how to answer that, haha. It's pretty much "...woah". Not that I didn't experience that feeling when I was modded (and I'm sure you, as a mod, know that feeling haha) and subsequently smodded, but I just kinda find it a bit crazy that I'm an admin now haha. Perhaps I'm taking it too seriously and should just look at it a bit more as I'm probably way too dedicated to a Pokémon forum, but meh. It's just very surreal still, haha. In a good way ofc.

I don't know yet, and I don't think I ever will. Other than the very general "have fun and help others have fun" which is ultimately the mindset of all of the staff - and indeed, members - I don't have any specific plans. But I like that I'm now in a position to do within reason whatever I want to do to make PC a hopefully better place - the recent collab was an example of that, I suppose. I like to think it was enjoyable for everyone involved and I wanna make more fun things like that happen with the new buttons I've got, but hopefully on a more community-wide scale. Undoubtedly I'll get more ideas further down the line and see where they take us but yeah, for now you're not gonna get much of an exact answer from me. Haha.

Also hopefully help move admin things along a bit quicker. I feel like that's been happening.

I didn't expect to get it ever, so definitely not, haha. Given how rare admin promotions are in the first place it's not something I think I, or indeed anyone (although some people would disagree), could ever have outright expected - and especially not for someone as admittedly comparatively new as I am. There were further technicalities that I won't go into which I guess made it somewhat more likely thinking back now, but still, unexpected completely.

At the time when I didn't have it, it was weird, haha. For the same reasons as why getting here at all is weird, really. Plus 3 years doesn't really ~mean~ a great deal; it's just something nice.

A couple, but none that I'd really consider good friends.
...I don't really know why that is, thinking about it. It's not like there are any sorts of racist undertones or anything going on here but I just notice white people having white friends and black people having black friends but not a great about of mixing of the two. Huh.

Surprisingly tame from the outside, but that's because I was in a supermarket and I got a text like "go on pc" and it was kinda... already done haha. I just kinda stared and looked for a minute and wandered around probably nearly bumping into people because I was too busy with my phone. Then I finished up as quick as I could since I needed to go home, get showered, eat dinner and go out with some of my friends on top of exploring what I could. So I didn't actually have all that much time to react, haha. d:
