I know everyone's talking about the current Oak's Parcel/Shaymin event but I have a question about another event. Has there been an event confirmed for the Pikachu Colored Pichu for NA or EUR? I ask because I want to know when it is so I can get the Notched Ear Pichu in SoulSilver when its released.

You didn't miss anything. They have a page up on the Pokemon Platinum website, but it just shows the "duh" information about Arceus. I check it every few days to see if they've updated it, so I have a consistent frown on my face.
Heh....if it makes you feel better, I bought Diamond right after the TRU Darkrai event ended. I had to endure everyone saying "OMG mUH dARKrai is sO AWESUMZ LolZ." But I got the member's card when it was released, so it's okay now. But it doesn't have spacial rend :/ I also missed the Gamestop Deoxys, which REALLY bites, because who knows when they'll release another one.
Probably. After that I'll be wondering about NEP (notched ear pichu). It'll be the first time I've ever had a pikachu with Volt Tackle. I don't even know what the animation looks like, lol.

Suckish indeed. It looks absolutely nothing like an electric tackle. It should have some kind of epic animation considering that it's a special move, but nooooooooo....lol.
