Question: User Drop Down Options

So, I just noticed the Notifications, Messages, and Controls drop down options. The problem is, are only the Controls meant to go down, unless there are actual messages or notifications?

Also, I didn't get a notification about a new VM. I just clicked on my profile, and there was a new VM with no notice.

Just a few questions I was curious about.

Yeah I've got the same problem too, I can't get the drop down menu for notifications. It could be that some styles haven't been fixed yet, I'm using Chromatic btw which hasn't been fixed by Audy yet.

If you do not have any pending notifications, that is working as intended.

I have the same issue with the Y-theme. For instance I just received a PM but it doesn't let me know that I have 1 message. When I get a VM the only way I can tell that I have a new one is by clicking the notifications bar to make the actual VM pop up; otherwise, there's no way in telling how many VMs I might have.
