This year will be my 21st year being single on Valentine's Day and I could care less. Why? Cause I can spend the day in my pajamas browsing Tumblr and playing Pokemon Y cause love don't hold me down! (I'm happy for the people in relationships though.)

I specifically booked the time off for work for valentines day this year to do something but we broke up last week XD guess I'll be having fun on my own this year. Yay!

As someone who just doesn't understand the entire concept of relationships, is allergic to chocolate, and doesn't like the idea of cards, Valentine's Day was never my sort of holiday. It's just weird to me to have an entire day devoted to relationships, to see people killing themselves in the card aisle or in the floral department to impress someone that already loves them. Shame people don't always go big to celebrate their relationships randomly instead of needing advertisements to tell them to do so.

This year, I have the day off from work, so I won't be getting amusement from seeing all the last-minute shoppers as they buy all the necessary supplies to celebrate the day.
