Taking the blow of Mark's roundhouse kick full in the face, Khufu fell back a little, groaning from pain. Mark sliced down with his knife, cutting Khufu's back hard. Fortunately, rock fragments from Magnus that Khufu had embedded in his back stopped the knife from gashing very far. Still, Khufu was weak from the pain and was losing blood fast. Unable to watch Mark suffer from the poison any longer, Khufu limped away, keeping a close eye on Mark to make sure he didn't try anything.

Hector Arcturus
Oreburgh City

Hector had moved his army into the city now. They were facing resistance, but they were also losing a lot less forces than in Jubilife. At least, for now. Hector would try to make certain that it would stay like that. After all, many Pokemon needed guidance, and some were, frankly, too stupid to think for themselves. Either that, or they were just too arrogant. Some didn't even know much about war to begin with.

Hector proceeded forward again from his hiding spot behind a bench, and moved deeper into the city. The ground was damaged a bit by a Golem who had used a fissure and an Earthquake to subdue his enemies, but left many cracks and holes in the ground in the process. Hector had to watch his step.

As he was thinking, a group of humans had come up to him from behind and begun shooting. Hector turned and charged at them, hitting one with a Giga Impact, even as the human had shot him with a bullet, the wound on his shoulder was bleeding. Hector turned and shot a flamethrower at the other three humans, burning their bodies. But behind him was another human, with a bazooka no less. Hector did not see him immediately, and when he did, it was too late. The human had fired, and Hector jumped to avoid the attack. The explosion sent him into a deep gap created by the Golem from before. Hector went tumbling into it, it being a lot larger than he first anticipated. But of course, this was Oreburgh, and it was filled with tunnels and caves. Hector must have fallen into one. He was banged up pretty badly, but seemed to be OK.

He looked around. No one else seemed to be around. But suddenly, he heard someone speak behind him.

"Hector." Hector turned around at the sight of his name. He looked over a human male in his mid twenties, brown hair tied in a ponytail, and a tattoo across his face, of some sort of symbol. He knew him. He was a person from his past. His name was Jun, and he was supposed to be dead.

"..." Hector didn't speak to him at first. He didn't know what to say. It had been a long time, and he thought he was dead. He noticed a device across his ear, something that would help Jun understand Hector, it seemed. The humans of the HR carried similar devices.

"...Jun?"

Jun smiled. "Yes, yes it's me." Hector didn't know what to say to this man. It was such a long time. Suddenly, the man began to walk down the caves.

"You should come with me. I have something you need to see. It's a bit of a ways off."

Hector didn't budge. "I need to get back to the battlefield." Jun turned around.

"Trust me, Hector. This will help give the Pokemon an advantage in the war."

"Wait, you're helping us?" Hector asked. Jun smiled at him.

"I will always help you, Hector. You are my friend, for life."

Hector hesitated with his words for a second. He finally asked Jun.

"How long will I be gone?"

Jun shrugged. "The journey is quite a distance, but it's not just about reaching there. We might have some fighting to do as well." He said, loading a pistol he had now in his arms. Hector decided to go. There didn't seem to be a way to get back to the battlefield from here anyways. He would assume the PR would mark him dead, or missing, and General Khufu would take over. That would be acceptable for now. Besides, if Jun says this will give them an advantage, he will take it.

After all, many years ago, Jun was his partner. If there was any human he could trust, it would be him.

(OOC That was my farewell post. I'll be gone for two weeks after this, and this is my way to get away. See you guys in two weeks. Good luck!)

The Flareon started to leave as Mark started coughing up a little blood. According to his visor Mark had one bar of 'health' left. "I'm not stupid, I know you poisoned me, You could at least tell me how long i'll have till i die" Mark said as he tried to stay on his feet. Mark's attempts failed and he blacked out for a second, coming to his senses siting up against a wall. Mark pulled his Silenced MP-7 closer and pulled of his helmet, placing it next to him. Vargas reached into his backpack and took out a normal sized picture of his family and stared at it, succoming to sleep finally.

Everything In Jublife flashed before me in a blur. I could barely know what was going. Heck, this entire surreal nightmare of a alleged war has been one dreamlike state after another. First my family and friends, the me going around in circles in a car that broke down, then the leader of a resistance front. I escaped from the city as soon as I could in an abandoned car. I really don't know what happened to it, and I don't intend on finding out.

Along the road, heading towards Oreburgh, the nearest city from Jublife, I saw a fellow survivor running away from the city. I stopped and lowered the window to talk to him.

"Hello there. Do you need any help?" We survivors are a loose knit group. In times like these people have to band together, you know?

"Dont go to Oreburgh. Some massive war is going on there. Some trigger happy idiots are attempting to resist the Pokemon takeover. I honestly think that trying to stop the apocalypse is useless." He said all this in a tone of despair.

"I meet their leader. I think they might have a fighting chance." I replied. Humanity doesn't go down without a fight, and this "war" is proof of that.

"Whatever, man. Go there at your own peril." He said in response. Before going our seperate ways we traded food and supplies, including some ammo I scavenged. I had only a rusty machete, so it was useless to me. As I entered the city I could hear faint gunshots. the battle was still in full swing, from what I could tell. Just then a though entered into my head. This war is wrong on so many levels. what did Humanity do to warrant an attempt as mass murder? It just didn't make sense. Someone has to stop this nightmare, someway, somehow! I took myself to the task, suicidal as it may seem. I took to Oreburgh's streets, shouting as loud as I could for signs of life.

(OOC: So I'm attempting to get active again.)

Mark woke up to Shouting. "huh, what's going on" mark whispered to himself. Silence was still out cold. Mark picked up his helmet and put it back on. A little square with a first aid symbol in it and an arrow pointing to his right popped up on his visor. Mark looked to the section of wall to his right and saw a Medical kit frozen under the ice. Mark pulled out a flare and ripped off the cap. The light was very bright, and it gave off a green smoke, but it did what mark wanted it too and melted the ice around the Health pack. Mark ripped the kit off the wall and opened it. It had all he needed, plus extras. Mark left his old kit next to his old extra elastic wrap and went back up to the surface, the way he first got there. The feeling of concrete under his feet was nice, but mark almost tripped over a chunk of the wall. Mark got back up to the now even more destroyed armory. Vargas first went over to where the pistol rounds and grabbed as many magazines as he could. He reloaded his pistol and Silenced Smg when he spotted the idiot who was screaming in the middle of a war zone. "Ugh, why me!" Mark said under his breath. Mark went into Urban warfare mode and made his way over to the person. Mark took cover behind a car and put down suppressing fire for the man to get to cover. "The f**k you doing, get down!. Why would you be screaming HERE of all places, shouldn't you have evacuated with everyone else anyways!" Mark yelled as he reloaded. Mark's ammo counter update back to 31 tiny bullet icons in the top right corner to show he had full ammo. Mark laid down another layer of suppressing fire.

"The f**k you doing, get down! Why would you be screaming HERE of all places, shouldn't you have evacuated with everyone else anyways!?" A survivor screamed as loud as I did, and then proceeded to fire into nothing.
The other survivor said they were trigger happy, but I didn't know it was this bad. Besides, I have my reasons for doing things, and I suppose I am becoming somewhat unhinged from all this insanity, but I think he is trying to saving my life, from whatever. As I dove, the concrete's friction taking a minor pain, took cover from an imaginary target behind an alleyway, I shouted to him as he was still firing wildly. "You can stop now." I said as he fired into thin air. He probably though I was an idiot, but he's firing into nothing, so I guess we can call it even. Even though, first that guy who parachuted into a city full of creatures with genocidal intent, now this? What's going on here? Seriously, whoever is organizing this resistance needs to do some management changes.

Mark hit his target, when a raichu peered out from behind a dumpster to see if it was safe for him to run. Mark slightly changes his firing direction and got a clean head shot. "F**K yea! Alright, now what are you doing here. You need to get out of here, no place for a civi." Mark said as he motioned for the man to follow. Vargas switched his visor to 2 way so the man could see his face as he talked. He suddenly remembered the built in radio in his helmet. Mark pushed the small button on the radio module on the side of his helmet. "General, I found some civilians, what should I do with them?" Mark said while walking down the street with the man. "So, whats your name?" Mark asked, "I'm First lieutenant Vargas." The two ran into a soldier with an AT-4, well, the soldier ran up to them. "I hit the PR commander!" the soldier yelled at them in an exited voice. "Is he dead, show me where." "Ummm.... sure, follow me, sir." The soldier brought Mark and the Civilian to hole in the ground. "Alright trooper, get this guy to safety, ill take it from here." Mark to a roll of cord out of his backpack and tied it to a light post. Mark threw the other end into the hole and hooked on, also turning on his flashlight. Vargas repelled into the hole and into a tunnel. The lights were still on, so that was good, but there was no sign of the pokemon that should be dead here. "It can't ever be that easy could it. Ahh, Fu*k it" Mark said as he pulled himself back up the cord.

Khufu laughed coldly as Mark began to suffer from the effects of the poison. Yeah, good luck figuring that out, Khufu thought in response to Mark and casually walked away. He was hurting, but that wasn't as important to Khufu as getting away from there before Mark attacked him again.

Khufu returned to the army, who seemed to have been doing just fine without him. Hoping nobody would notice the gash on his back or the wound on his paw, he looked around from a distance for a Medic, or at least somebody with medical knowledge.

Lydia

(Fail post, sorry. Just trying to save another RPer kthx)

Avoiding the puddles of murky water, she walked past them, continuing to call out her partner's name. Though her barks echoed through the sewers, nothing was heard back, and she gave up immediately. Wade was either somewhere else, or dead...

Turning back, she looked down to see smothered red flowing in the water. Blood, as she soon realized. Following the trail, she came to a room of ice, more of the red liquid found in the middle along with a Weavile. Silence. The Zorua ran over immediately, grabbing the last of her potion out of her mane and spraying it on the injured pokemon. Deep wounds covered her body. Lydia hoped she wasn't too late.

Ali Krista
Oreburgh

Oreburgh was deserted; not a pokemon nor a human in sight. At first, Ali thought that the soldier had been mistaken about the attack, but the eerie silence convinced him otherwise. Never was a city like Oreburgh this quiet. Ali's urgent sprint slowed into a walk, the only noise coming from his heavy boots.

What was going on here? He was the general and he had no idea, for crying out loud! For all he knew, the hospital could've been invaded by now, and Jack --

Jack. The man's blood was like gold dust to the PR, and he had a lot of enemies. And right now he was lying in a hospital bed, barely able to remember his name.
Ali turned on his heel and ran back where he came. If he knew warfare, there would already be a Pokemon by Jack's side. BioArm or not, the man needed help.

Ali burst through the hospital doors, where chaos had ensued. Nurses, doctors, patients and soldiers alike were running around trying to evacuate the entire hospital in a manner of minutes. A few soldiers called the General's name as he passed, but Ali was too preoccupied to care. He made his way to the ICU, slowing his pace as he approached the room of Commander Jack.

Ali paused with his hand on the doorknob, listening intently to the sounds within. Sure enough Jack's voice could be heard within, and he seemed much more like his old self.
"Oooh, not your style to give human abuses, creamy..."

Creamy? Who the hell...? Given the nature of Jack's words, Ali knew there was a pokemon in there. He couldn't hear any fighting, and so he hung back to see if Jack had a plan of some sort.

"I didn't come here to fight." Another voice said, a lot closer to the door than Jack was. By his calculations, the enemy should be right next to the door.

"No? Well I did, buddy." Ali yelled as he kicked the door open, his gun raised. In front of him stood a Vanillite, morphed into some odd shape. Ali gave a cheeky wink, before raising his pistol and firing.

Silence Quickslash
Oreburgh Sewers

Silence groaned as her eyes slowly opened. There was something black and red standing over her but she couldn't make it out. As her vision cleared she recognized the shape of a Zorua, Lydia to more precise. She blinked, trying to remember what had happened. 'I was fighting that human... I think his name was Mark... Oh sh**! Where is he?' she thought frantically and bolted upright, glancing around the room. There was no trace of him. "Damn it... He got away," she growled under her breath.

She noticed for the first time that she wasn't in as much pain as before and that she had stopped bleeding. Looking down at Lydia, she noticed an empty Potion bottle. It hadn't been enough to completely heal her, but it was enough to get her back on her feet. She flicked her eyes to it than to Lydia, not sure what to say. The polite thing to do would be to thank the Zorua, but that just wasn't something Silence did. 'I'll just repay her later,' she thought. For some reason she was rather anxious to get away from the Zorua. Maybe it was because she wasn't used to being helped. It was just to weird for her.

"I'll see you later," The Weavile muttered before zipping up the stairs and making her way through the streets. She would have to be more careful than usual. Though the potion had helped, it couldn't restore her blood and she was still quite weak though quick on her feet like always. She stopped when she caught up with the PR army.

She went up to the top of a nearby building, catching a sniper by surprise and sending him flying over the edge of the roof. She narrowed her eyes and looked towards the other part of the army, the one that had attacked the electric fence. They appeared to be doing fine, though Hector was nowhere in sight. Khufu was below her with the pokemon that had come from the sewers. With a start, she noticed that Rumble was also missing. 'Why that little..!' she cut off her train of thought. For all she knew Rumble was just not her line of sight. As much as she distrusted the Reuniclus, she had to stop jumping to conclusions.

Deciding to make herself useful, Silence fired a barrage of Focus Blasts into the remaining humans, creating small explosions within their ranks.

As the man stopped firing, I managed to get a closer look at him. He seemed like a military man, and he had this high tech-suit he wore. Maybe it caught something I didn't, who knows.

"F**K yea! Alright, now what are you doing here. You need to get out of here, no place for a civi." He said in my direction. From his wording, I could guess he was part of the survivor army the leader I rescued talked about. He called me over to an alleyway, where I saw another soldier, this time with a rocket launcher. Just where do they get these things?

"So, whats your name? I'm First Lieutenant Vargas." The man answered. Yep, he is, without a doubt, military. he probably served before all of this happened.

"My names Jeff Bennings, Attorney at law. I specialize in criminal prosecution." I replied, it was a basic job, useless now that this happened, but it kept me fed.

The soldier talked to his comrade. Something about hitting the enemy commander, but I could hardly make it clear in my head. This nightmare is taking it's toll on me. As he said to evactuate me, he dispersed. Well, back to being a trapped rat. That's all Ive ever been in this conflict. suddenly, this weird pulse of energy, flew through the air, and hit my military escort. Not again... I ran as fast as I could, eventually making it to a hospital. I dove inside, hoping to find shelter.

Mark Clambered out of the hole. "Well, that was fun" he said to himself as he headed for the nearest group of villa style buildings. Thank god, The first building was smaller, Mark ran up the wall and grabbed onto the ledge of the roof, pulling himself up. This was a very familiar way of getting around for mark, having grown up here. Mark ran across the rooftops with ease, hopping across chimneys and roofs. Mark saw something out of the corner of his eye and looked over to see a sniper fall of a roof. Mark could do something about it though. He ran across the rooftops and to a balcony with some boxes stacked up. Mark ran up the boxes, jumping straight at he sniper, tackling him through a window in the building he was falling from. "How.... That was awesome, and you saved my life! Where'd you learn that?" The sniper asked "Not now, did you jump? "Nah, I let a weavile sneak up behind me, had something tied around it's arm though. From the couple seconds i saw it for, it also looked injured" "Silence." Mark whispered to himself "Who?" The sniper replied. "Nothing" Mark said heading to the floor below the roof. Mark went to the window and noticed the little sticker, It was a window specially designed to break without shards. Mark went to the other side of the hallway and sprinted at the window, smashing through and landing with a swat roll on the roofing near where he started. Mark looked up at the looming building across from the one he jumped from, only a little taller than the one he was just in, but that was all he needed. Mark ran to the building, finding that there is no way to the roof, other than climbing. Oh well, Mark had pretty good upper arm strength, time to put it to the test. Mark ran up the wall, grabbing onto a metal rod jutting out of the side and pulled himself up. Now standing carefully on the bar he looked up to find a brick sticking out. Mark jumped up grabbing onto the brick, almost loosing his grip. There were bricks like this leading all the way up to the roof, Mark proceeded to climb up. When he reached the roof, his arms ached, but he should be pretty safe from most kinds of attacks, And he had his sniper and RPG. Mark set up his Bipod on the roof, it had a slight slant, but it was acceptable. Vargas took aim at the weavile on the roof. "Yup, definitely Silence" Mark also noticed the sniper creeping up. Mark took aim, now at the concrete in between the two and fired a 50. Cal round. The sound of the shot rang through the whole city. The concrete section exploded and a cloud of dust rose from the small crater. Mark pushed his radio button "Sorry, forgot how much of a kick this thing has." Hopefully he distracted silence long enough. Mark kept watching through his scope, curious to see what would happen

Silence heard a shot ring through the city. Something hit the ground near her, creating a small crater in the roof and causing dust to float up into the air. On impulse she spun around and saw the sniper she had pushed off the roof a moment ago trying to sneak up behind her. He wasn't the one who had fired the shot though. Still, she wasn't about to let him live.

Silence zipped forwards, turning at the last moment and running past him. She reached out and slit his neck as she went. Instead of stopping, she ran straight over the edge to make it look like she hadn't been able to stop herself. She snagged her claws in a crevice in the wall and smashed through the window below her. She rolled out of the way of the falling glass and crept towards a window on the other side of the room, keeping to the shadows so she wouldn't be seen.

Peering carefully out the window, she scanned the city for her attacker. She spotted someone on another roof. Her claws glowed black with a Night Slash as she began charging up a Focus Blast. The dark energy from her claws seeped into the growing orb, causing it to darken a bit. Looking quickly out of the window once more to make sure she was aiming in the right direction, she smashed the window with a foot and sent the dark Focus Blast blazing towards her target.

Silence turned to the sniper. "No, Wrong way, your supposed to see me!" Mark yelled at nothing "How do you not see a muzzle flash that big!" . Mark pulled back the bolt, which let the shell fly out of the rifle, smoking, hot. It made a ting as it bounced of the sloped surface. Pushing the bolt forwards, he took aim and fired at the weavile, who was sprinting towards the sniper. The bullet exploded 1 millimeter behind her."Move, boy! Move!" Mark yelled over the radio. Silence slit the poor boys throat. Mark slammed his fist down. "F*ck!" Luckily for mark, the pokemon couldn't stop in time and tripped over the edge. Mark laughed at the fall. 'If that were me, I would go through a window, sh*t' Mark thought to himself as he scanned the building with his scoped the building, looking for any sign of movement. He noticed a little flash on the third floor. Mark's rifle barrel quickly swung down , nothing. Hearing glass shattering and swung his rifle back up to see her lining up a focus blast, only darker. Mark quickly set up a perfect headshot to hear a *Click* "Well, my luck is gone". The dark focus blast came straight at mark. 'Quick reflexes mark, RPG!' Mark pulled out his rpg as quick as he could, already loaded with a grenade. Mark took aim and fired, a trail of fire and smoke coming from his side of the street. The two projectiles collided creating massive explosion of Dark energy and IED explosives. Mark could feel the heat of the explosion as he put down the rpg and went back to his rifle, chambering a new round, Hollow Point, and firing through the smoke. That bullet could easily make somethings head explode, Human or pokemon.

The shocks electrocuted the Ice Cream well. The Ice Cream wielded a shield, and fled.

"Creamy, Where are you going? Fight like an Ice Cream fights!" Jack yelled.

The Ice Cream shot our snow at Jack. It settled on him, making him feel the bitter cold.

Jack was paralyzed with fear. He felt scared, and couldn't move. He shivered, hugging himself with his human arm, trying to preserve body heat. He collapsed, and fell on his knees.

"No......not the......cold....." He whispered.

The Ice Cream rushed towards Wade, and protected himself and Wade with Mirror Coat.

"I didn't come here to fight." He said.

"Oh yeah? Then did you-?!" Jack's sentence was cut short when he heard a person yell, "No? Well I did, buddy."

The door burst open, and Ali rushed into the room. He fired his gun at the Ice Cream, and that proved enough distraction for Jack.

Jack forgot all about his fears, and rushed forward at the two Pokemon. With one swipe, he destroyed the Mirror Coat of Ice Cream, and grabbed the Ice Cream by the neck, with his BioArm.

"The odds are even now, buddy." He said, and let dozens of electric shocks loose at his body.

Alec
Oreburgh City, All Around
The Heart to Kill...

-----

I came down onto the head of a human using Leaf Blade. He fell to the ground, unconscious or dead, I had no idea. I ran up to him and checked his pulse, he was alive. That was good... I guess. I didn't really have the heart to kill him... even if he was just chasing me with a butcher knife. I guess that made mea bit bad at my job, but I didn't care.

I ran away and climbed onto the roof of the nearest building. Ivy was off doing... medic-y stuff... I guess. I was thinking while surveying the area. Why was I in a war? If I don't have the heart to kill someone, why in the hell was I in a war?

In my opinion, violence was useless. All that came out of it was pain and sorrow. We fight in a war to be free from humans, and we do that why? Because they made us fight? They made us fight other Pokemon, and on occasion attack a human. We wanted freedom from this violence, so we respond by fighting? How did that make sense? It didn't make any sense to me, so maybe that's why I didn't belong in this war. Nevertheless, I fight. I don't know why, but I do.

I ran across the rooftops, looking for a place where I was needed. There was so much going on, so much confusion, I had no idea what to do. While I was trying to figure out what course of action to take, I payed no attention to the human sneaking up behind me.

I heard a pebble roll right behind me. It's surprising the small noises you hear in the loudness of battle. I twisted around to see a human about to ambush me. Right before he could stab me with... whatever he was holding, I used Leaf Blade. He stumbled backwards as my tail made contact with his chest, but his accomplice, whom seemed to appear out of nowhere, ripped me away and threw me-hard. I flew off the building and crashed through a window. I landed in a pile of shattered glass and a little bit of blood. The glass had given me a whole bunch of cuts all over my body, some worse than others. None of them were too severe, but all of them put together made for a fair amount of blood loss.

I pulled out the roll of bandages that Ivy had given me and patched myself up as best as I could. It wasn't very great, that's why I was no medic, but it worked... for now. Once I finished, I looked up and took in my surroundings. I was in... a human hospital? I think that's what it was. It seemed rather silent... besides the noise from one room where it sounded like a fight was going on.

I crept over to the door and peered in, careful not to be spotted. There was a fight going on, and it involved the Umbreon and Vanillite from earlier, plus a human with a mechanical arm. I stood there and thought about whether I should intervene or... just leave them all alone.

Silence Quickslash
Oreburgh City
Top floor of a building

Silence ducked beneath the window as the heat of the explosion hit her. This was one of the few times she wasn't an ice-type. Anything hot always felt even hotter.

She stayed in her crouching position as smoke spread from the explosion point. The sound of gunfire reached her ears and she guessed Mark was firing randomly into the smoke. The Weavile thought about sneaking up on him but decided against it. She needed to find out where the PR commander was.

Dashing down the stairs, Silence halted at the door as she realized she had no idea where to look. Than she remembered something she had seen from on top of the building but hadn't paid any attention to at the time, deeming unimportant. But now she was suspicious. She had seen Mark coming out of a fissure. He wouldn't have gone down there without good reason... Making up her mind, The blue feathered Weavile opened the door and took off for the area at a run.

Upon reaching the scar in the ground, Silence carefully scaled the wall. She looked around while sniffing the air. Though her nose wasn't as good as a Growlithe's she still had a better sense of smell than humans. She could smell Hector and spotted faint pawprints going down a tunnel along with human footprints. There were no signs of struggle so the Arcanine must have gone willingly. Whatever was going on, Silence wasn't going to get mixed up in it. She had enough problems on her hands at the moment. With a small sigh, she climbed back out of the hole, which wasn't all that hard considering she had climbed cliffs at Mount. Silver. She glanced back down once more before running off to rejoin her fellow pokemon.

Wade
Oreburgh City
Hospital

Jack was fast, and with blinding speed, he grabbed Wade and delivered a strong punch. Wade took the attack without having a chance to dodge it, but after the punch, he seemed perfectly fine. Umbreon excels in defense, and one punch couldn't possible get rid of him, especially under the moon. Jack then chucked him onto the bed, flinging him away. Things were getting creepy around here. Wade was supposed to fight Jack one on one, and under the full moon, he was fully confident and capable of doing so. Then suddenly an ice cream floated in and formed a middle finger with his vanilla top, but that wasn't the point.

Jack grabbed him and released a strong electric attack, but he seemed to be rather alright, as Ice Creams weren't really good conductors, the electric power was reduced to a minimum. Wade was glad to see him, smiling as Luke went to his side, creating a barrier to protect both of them. But suddenly Ali charged in and started shooting like mad, his bullets pounding the barrier, causing cracks in seconds. The barrier wasn't going to last long. Pushing the Ice Cream away before the barrier breaks, Wade and his buddy tumbled on the ground, and quickly got up as fast as they fell.

But then Jack lunged towards them and scooped the ice cream up, clenching poor Luke tightly and releasing another current of electricity into the ice cream. "The odds are even now, buddy."

"Not when you have guns and over-powered arms." Wade growled, pouncing onto Jack, knocking him down onto the ground, forcing him to release Luke, and with no mercy, Wade blasted his face with another shadow ball.

Luke Van Eyla
Oreburgh City
Hospital

All of a sudden, another human barged in with a gun and started firing their tiny metallic seeds everywhere. A dozen whizzed past Luke's head, and some pelted the Mirror Shot, destroying the shields he had cast. Luke quickly reverted his body back to its original state. From behind, Wade pushed him out of harm when the guns came on.

Then, Jack lunged forward with his mechanical arm and clamped those robotic fingers around Luke. The Vanillite squirmed and gurgled for breath and then, a series of electric shocks overwhelmed his body.

"The odds are even now, buddy." The human sneered.

At that same moment, the Umbreon leaped onto Jack and battered him mercilessly with a Shadow Ball. "Not when you have guns and over-powered arms."

Forcefully, the grip around Luke's neck was shoved off and gasping, the ice cream cone unleashed a peal of snow at both humans. Wade had came here with something in mind and Luke wasn't so stupid to ruined his intentions. Drifting away from Jack and Wade, the Vanillite turned to confront the punk who had simply rushed in. Luke would have to deal with him for now. Levitating upwards to the ceiling, the swirling cream on his head charged with a bluish light and from it, sparked off wisps of shivering vapor. The blue light crackled and writhed into a strong aura, concentrated into an energy beam. They have their guns. We have ours. Deliberately, Luke released the Ice Beam slower than usual as he anticipated that the human would dodge. However, winning didn't always mean harming the enemy. It could simply be just preventing the foe from winning.
